    My mother and I went to the hotel for a couple of days, location is very convenient which made our travel really easy as it's right by Termini and Metro. The staff were lovely, very accommodating and helpful when needed. However the negative sides to this hotel is a long list so let me summarise. The value for what we paid for was utterly shocking, *** plus *** in tax we had to pay upfront even when we had booked months in advance, for all that money we got the smallest room with one double bed, a micro TV that glitched terribly with the remote literally being taped together, black mould surrounding the vent and roof of the toilet, shower door very unstable, and to really top it all off there was no safe in the room to keep valuables, not even a kettle cups to make some coffee of have any water. May seem a bit spoiled to think but for that amount of money..? Then when leaving the room to go out we'd have to hand in the key at the front desk, which left us feeling slightly uncertain as now anyone who works there has access to our room and valuables with no safe to keep them in. The included breakfast aspect was one of the worst parts of the hotel, very poorly organized pastries, none of which got restocked as breakfast continued or got busy, basically small slices of warm bread, absolutely not toasted as claimed to be, basically your only breakfast option was bread and plastic cheese, Cornetta and then cereals, which on the day second day we had breakfast there was no milk out for anything. Third day we go for breakfast again and it's the same but this time there was milk, they had 3 options, regular cows, lactose free which is the one I'd had to use, and soy. The milk was off and was curdled which definitely put an end to my appetite. I wouldn't recommend this hotel to anyone. It was incredibly falsely advertised and definitely not worth a penny.

    I didn't get the room I booked; they gave me another one. The bed looked like a wooden board. I couldn't sleep well throughout my stay at the hotel. The blankets were very disgusting, rough, and full of dust. Cleanliness was almost nonexistent. In addition, they charged me an extra 12 euros. I don't know why, even though I showed them the booking and that I had paid everything and only had to pay 18 euros at the accommodation. But they said this was an additional city tax.

    The only great thing about this hotel is its friendly staffs and location. Aside from those, the building and room itself is too old. The restroom is too small. It needs some renovation actually.
