the stay is as described. walking distance to most attractions. food and groceries within a block. self check in, no staff although someone does clean your room. this is a hallway with 5 rooms rented out. poor AC, but it’s europe. the room does get cooler late at night.

if there was a mini fridge and a fan this place would be 10/10. knowing the AC is poor, a fan would do a lot!

Fanns ingen skylt på dörren där bed@breakfast fanns. Det är ju inte riktigt ett hotell, utan en lya, uppdelad i olika rum. Borde ha skyltats bättre från gatan. Sängen är med ngn metal gavel som ihopsatt med silvertape, varför det vet man inte eftersom utan gaveln skulle det blir mycket bekvämare, varje gång man rör sig lilla minsta så kommer det oväsen från denna gavel som sitter där av ngn anledning. Under sängen är det smutsigt och det ligger typ förvarade saker, alltså om ni är ute bara för att sova några timmar och vill vara nära Termini, är det super speciellt om ni har djur, men så klart standard är super låg, och ni får själva leta efter adressen, står inget på dörren, ni får ringa till ägarinnan, alltså det gav oss mycket stress.

Fairly comfortable and spacious, good sized bathroom

Lacking a few basic things: No kettle, mugs or teaspoons No light in the main bedroom area, very hard to see what you’re doing at night The shower head wasn’t bolted in properly so it kept swinging around and was hard to have a shower The traffic from the main road right outside the window is very loud. Also there is an outdoor cinema just down the road in the park which was also very loud

Proximity is fantastic and the room is located in a nice and courtyard

The bathroom is really small and the shower head and toilet seat were not in good order. This was reported and fault acknowledged; however it was not repaired during our stay. The kettle and writing station on the picture are in fact not in the room but in a communal area. Having a bar fridge would add so much value to this establishment.
