About this house rental
A uniquely and comfortably furnished, detached vacation home with a large garden. Centrally located yet quiet in the beautiful castle town of Klütz, just 4 km from the Baltic Sea resort of Boltenhagen. Space for the whole family—up to 4 guests.
Amenities
Centrally located in Klütz, between the Literaturhaus/Tourist Information Center and the picturesque perennial nursery, is our vacation home with a large adjoining garden.
This small house, which has been used as a vacation home for generations, was extensively renovated [&] modernized by mid-2024.
Ideal for those seeking peace and quiet [&] nature lovers who appreciate a uniquely furnished home for a relaxing Baltic Sea vacation.
The house offers approximately 80 square meters of living space spread over two floors, as well as a large south-facing balcony and two terraces.
The basement features a bright living/dining area with a TV and sofa nook, as well as an open, fully equipped kitchen.
A fireplace adds to the cozy atmosphere, and direct access leads to a small, covered terrace and the large garden for your exclusive use. Fruit, herbs, and flowers for your own use are included….
A utility room features a guest restroom, a washing machine, and storage space.
A spiral staircase leads to the upper floor, where a large closet is centrally located.
The sleeping area is divided into two rooms, each with access to the spacious, modern bathroom with natural light. The bathroom is equipped with a toilet, a large, walk-in shower, and ample storage space.
The master bedroom (160 x 200 cm) features a large built-in shelf, a small desk, and access to the large balcony (south-facing) with a sweeping view of the surrounding greenery.
The second bedroom consists of two sleeping areas separated by a partition wall, each with a single bed (90 x 190 cm). Each area has a window and storage space. In both bedrooms, blackout blinds and the quiet location ensure a restful night’s sleep.
Special Features
Natural materials and underfloor heating ensure a comfortable indoor climate in the house.
There is a bungalow in the garden, but it is not in use—you can feel completely undisturbed and enjoy the afternoon and evening sun from the covered terrace, which is overgrown with wild grapevines.
Shopping options, including a bakery for breakfast rolls, are right around the corner. You may use the right of way across the neighboring property for direct access to the street. We recommend using the garden as the main entrance to the vacation home.
A high chair is already available in our smoke-free home for our younger guests. The approximately 600-square-meter fenced-in garden is also ideal for children.
A welcome folder provided in the house offers detailed information about the property and plenty of tips [&] recommendations for your relaxing Baltic Sea vacation.

The price is valid for up to four guests, including utilities. Towels are not included. Towel sets can be booked separately.

Room service—includes freshly made beds with linens for all booked guests ages 4 and up, final cleaning after departure, and a vacation rental starter kit containing dishwasher tablets, dish soap, toilet paper, trash bags, etc.
Key pickup and drop-off take place exclusively at our service office at Weidenstieg 3, 23946 Ostseebad Boltenhagen. Key pickup at the booked property is not possible.
Visitor’s tax—the visitor’s tax is calculated in the booking confirmation: All persons aged 16 and older are subject to this tax in accordance with municipal regulations. You will receive a discount upon presentation of a severely disabled person’s ID card. The visitor’s cards will be sent digitally.
Optional services available for booking:

- Travel crib (including mattress): 9.49 EUR per night
