This 3-bedroom vacation home with Wi-Fi in Boltenhagen is perfect for a relaxing family vacation on the Baltic Sea.
Amenities
This family-friendly 3-room middle townhouse can accommodate up to 4 guests plus a toddler for a wonderful. The 60 square meters of living space are spread over 2 levels.
In the cozy living area on the first floor, you’ll find a sofa, a dining area, a large flat-screen TV, and a fireplace that invites you to relax.
From here, you have direct access to the furnished west-facing terrace.
The open kitchen is equipped with every modern convenience—including a stove and oven, a refrigerator with a freezer compartment, a dishwasher, a toaster, and a coffee maker. The color-coordinated dining area is perfect for sharing meals together.
Also located on the first floor is the guest/children’s room with two single beds and a small closet.
The bathroom on the same floor features a shower, toilet, and towel warmer, as well as a washing machine available for free use. For the youngest guests, there is also a fold-down wall-mounted changing table.
A wooden staircase leads from the hallway to the next floor.
The attic features a bedroom furnished with a double bed and a spacious closet. Another satellite TV provides entertainment on this floor as well. There is also plenty of space here for a travel crib.

This beautiful, non-smoking vacation home is very allergy-friendly. In addition to the patio furniture, the terrace also features a beach chair for relaxing. For our younger guests, a travel crib with a matching mattress and a high chair are available free of charge in the house. The two playgrounds—one at the entrance to the complex and one at the other end—are welcome for use.

You can rent bicycles in the Baltic Sea resort of Boltenhagen, for example, from our partner “way2bike” at Ostseeallee 15a. Rates depend on the rental period and the type of bicycle. This rental shop also offers many other bicycle-related items, as well as handcarts and much more. Feel free to use their pick-up and drop-off service to and from the vacation rental. Booking Information
The price is based on occupancy by two people and includes linens and utilities (electricity, water, heating). Each additional guest aged 4 and older is subject to a fee per night, including bed linens.
Towels are not included. Towel sets can be booked separately.
