The comfort of our vacation apartment in Boltenhagen on the Baltic Sea offers families or friends the perfect place to stay for a fun and relaxing vacation. The fully equipped apartment with a balcony can comfortably accommodate up to 6 guests, who can enjoy the fresh Baltic Sea air.
Amenities
Our spacious 4-roomvacation apartment on the 1st floor is a chic duplex that spans two levels with 68 square meters of living space.
It has been extensively renovated and is part of an apartment building in the Papillon vacation complex in the Baltic Sea resort of Boltenhagen. The apartment has been lovingly designed and furnished with high-quality furnishings in a country house or Scandinavian style, giving it a cozy atmosphere.
On the lower level, the first floor, you’ll find a combined living and dining area with a comfortable sofa, satellite TV, and a radio, as well as a separate dining nook where you can enjoy meals together.
The open, modern kitchenette on this level is very well equipped for self-catering.
The bright bathroom (with a window) featuring a shower and a separate toilet is also available on the first floor.
You’ll also find the first of the three bedrooms on this level. It features a comfortable double bed (160x200 cm) and a closet for your vacation wardrobe.
From the living room, a staircase leads to the second level, the top floor.
Here you’ll find the other two cheerfully furnished bedrooms. Each is furnished with a comfortable double bed (1x 160x200 cm / 1x 180x200 cm), where you’ll sleep soundly every night. You’ll also find a wardrobe in each of these bedrooms.
And if you’d like to soak up the sun undisturbed or enjoy a meal outdoors with a view of the greenery, the furnished south-facing balcony of the vacation rental is the perfect spot for that.
Special Features
A high chair and a travel crib for our youngest guests are available for free use in the non-smoking apartment. A coin-operated washer and dryer are available to our guests in the building’s basement.

Barbecue: According to the house rules, barbecuing with charcoal is not permitted in this complex

Bicycles
There is a shared basement in the building with a laundry room, accessible via an outdoor staircase with a separate entrance. There is also an electrical outlet here, e.g., for charging e-bikes. In addition, there is a shared bike rack for 4 bicycles at the entrances.
You can rent bicycles in the Baltic Sea resort of Boltenhagen, for example, from our co-partner “way2bike” at Ostseeallee 15a. Rates depend on the rental period and the type of bike. This rental shop also offers many other bike-related items, as well as handcarts and much more. Feel free to use their pick-up and drop-off service to and from your vacation rental. Our guests receive a 10% discount here!
Booking Information
The price is valid for two to six guests and includes linens and utilities (electricity, water, heating).
Towels are not included. Towel sets can be booked separately.

Room service—includes freshly made beds with linens for all booked guests, final cleaning after departure, and a vacation rental starter kit containing dishwasher tablets, dish soap, toilet paper, garbage bags, etc.
Visitor’s tax—the visitor’s tax is calculated in the booking confirmation: According to municipal regulations, all persons aged 16 and older are subject to this tax. You will receive a discount upon presentation of a disability ID card.
