“Come in and feel at home” is the motto of the modern and well-maintained 3-room vacation apartment “Ostseeruhe” on the 2nd floor. Spanning two floors and offering approximately 95 square meters of living space, it combines cozy comfort with an eye for detail. This high-quality accommodations are generously laid out and offers plenty of space for the whole family—up to 6 guests plus a toddler.
On the first level, you’ll find a light-filled living area with a view of the Baltic Sea; a modern kitchen-diner and two furnished balconies (northeast and southwest) ensure your relaxation. The centerpiece of the living area is the large dining table with matching chairs, as well as the comfortable sofa set with a flat-screen TV. The couch pulls out to provide two additional sleeping spots.
The modern kitchen-dining area offers every convenience with numerous helpful appliances, such as a dishwasher, refrigerator with freezer, oven, stove, etc. as well as a blender, egg cooker, a Nespresso machine (please bring your own capsules if needed), a sandwich toaster, a toaster, and much more. Direct access to the balconies lets you breathe deeply at any time of day.
There is also a small shower room with a toilet on this floor.
A staircase leads you to the second living level, the top floor, where you’ll find two separate bedrooms. Each is furnished with a comfortable box-spring bed. One of the bedrooms also features a fixed wooden crib with a mattress. As soon as you wake up, you can enjoy a view of the Baltic Sea without even getting out of bed, thanks to the large window wall. Each bedroom has its own TV, providing entertainment upon request and plenty of options to avoid conflicts over what to watch. The second, smaller bedroom is also tastefully furnished to ensure your comfort.
There is also a large closet in the hallway on the top floor, which you are welcome to use for your vacation wardrobe. A stair gate is installed at the top for safety.
Furthermore, this floor features a second shower room with a toilet, which is additionally illuminated by natural light from the window. The two bathrooms are perfect for your family vacation on the Baltic Sea.
Special Features
This non-smoking apartment offers many practical, exclusive, and family-friendly amenities. In addition to the furnished balcony with a view of the Baltic Sea, for example, one of the balconies features a beach chair (with a reclining position—adjustable to a horizontal position), an awning, and a view of the beautiful Mecklenburg countryside.
For the little ones, there’s a baby bouncer and a high chair in addition to the sturdy wooden crib. There are also electric outdoor blinds, a washing machine, a collection of children’s games, and children’s books.
On warm days, feel free to use the two portable fans provided to stay cool and comfortable.

Bicycles
There is a storage room assigned to the apartment on the underground parking level where you are welcome to store bicycles, etc.
You can rent bicycles in the Baltic Sea resort of Boltenhagen, for example, from our partner “way2bike” at Ostseeallee 15a. Rates depend on the rental duration and the type of bicycle. In addition, this rental shop offers many other bicycle-related items, as well as handcarts and much more. Feel free to use their pick-up and drop-off service to and from the vacation rental. Our guests receive a 10% discount here!
Booking Information
The price is valid for up to four guests, including utilities. Each additional guest aged 4 and older is subject to a fee per night, including linens.
Towels are not included. Towel sets can be booked separately.

Visitor’s tax—the visitor’s tax will be calculated in the booking confirmation: The tourist tax is payable for all persons aged 16 and older in accordance with municipal regulations. You will receive a discount upon presentation of a disability ID card.
