About this apartment rental
This quietly located 3-room vacation apartment near the Baltic Sea offers 80 square meters of space, enough to accommodate up to seven guests. Wi-Fi and the fantastic view of the natural surroundings are just a few of its highlights.
Amenities
The family-friendly 3-roomvacation apartment is located on the 1st floor and spans two levels. With approximately 80 square meters of space, it offers modern amenities for up to 7 guests plus a toddler. Ideal for larger families or groups.
On the first level is the large living and dining area, furnished with a cozy couch, a flat-screen TV, and a lovely dining nook. The couch converts into a bed, providing additional sleeping space for 2 guests. From here, you can also step out onto the furnished balcony—enjoy the magnificent view of nature!
The kitchen is separate and modern, equipped with all the necessary kitchen appliances. Of course, dishes, silverware, pots, and pans are all provided.
In the bright bathroom with a window (on the same level), you’ll find a toilet, sink, shower, and bathtub. There is also a separate guest restroom here.
The bedroom, featuring a double bed and a closet, is also located on the lower level of the apartment.
When you reach the attic via the stairs, you’ll be greeted by a small open loft with a single bed and a small sitting area.
You’ll then enter the enclosed children’s/guest room with two single beds, a TV, and a small stereo system. A dresser is provided here for your clothes.
Special Features
For our younger guests, a travel crib with a matching mattress and two high chairs are available for free use. A washing machine and dryer are available for use in the communal laundry room in the basement for a small fee. You’re also welcome to use the shared barbecue area.

Parking: 1 free, permanently reserved outdoor parking space next to the house
Barbecue: only in the communal barbecue area, not on the balcony
Pets: Max. 2 pets allowed (plus €15 per pet per night)
Bicycles
You can park bicycles [&] other vehicles on the property. Unfortunately, there is no storage shed available for guests here.
You can rent bicycles in the Baltic Sea resort of Boltenhagen, for example, from our partner “way2bike” at Ostseeallee 15a. Rates depend on the rental period and the type of bicycle. In addition, this rental shop offers many other bicycle-related items, as well as handcarts and much more. Feel free to use their pick-up and drop-off service to and from the vacation rental. Our guests receive a 10% discount here!
Booking Information
The price is valid for occupancy by up to 4 guests, including utilities. Each additional guest aged 4 and older is subject to a fee per night, including linens.
Towels are not included. Towel sets can be booked separately.
Dear guests, please note that during the peak season from July 1 to August 31, continuous bookings are mandatory. You can view the current availability calendar at any time.

Room service—includes freshly made beds with linens for all guests aged 4 and older, final cleaning after departure, and a vacation rental starter kit containing dishwasher tablets, dish soap, toilet paper, trash bags, etc.
Visitor’s tax—the visitor’s tax will be calculated in the booking confirmation: The tourist tax is payable for all persons aged 16 and older in accordance with municipal regulations. You will receive a discount upon presentation of a disability ID card.
