About this house rental
The Reet/AM01a vacation home, named "Dat Sylter Huus," is a two-family house with 4 rooms that can accommodate up to 6 adults and a maximum of 1 child.
This thatched-roof vacation home features four rooms spread across three floors. Enjoy your vacation at its very best. You’ll have over 100 m² of living space, including access to the terrace, three bedrooms, and two bathrooms.
On the first floor of the vacation home, you’ll find the living room, a cozy dining area, a sofa, and the integrated kitchenette. A high chair is available free of charge for younger guests. The bathroom with a walk-in shower and hair dryer, as well as the entryway, are also located here.
The living room is modern and very tastefully furnished. For your entertainment, a flat-screen TV, a DVD player, and a stereo system are at your disposal.
Access to the spacious south-west-facing terrace—which, of course, is furnished with a beach chair, among other things—is directly from the living room. From the terrace, you can easily reach your private log cabin sauna (for a fee; you’ll receive the key at the front desk), where you can enjoy relaxing sauna sessions.
The high-quality kitchenette is equipped with a dishwasher, a microwave, a stove with a ceramic cooktop and oven, a fridge-freezer combo, a coffee maker, an electric grill, and much more.
The bedrooms in the attic feature two double beds (2 x 90 x 200 cm), a TV in each room, and wardrobes with plenty of space for your vacation wardrobe. Furthermore, the attic features a bathroom with a bathtub and shower enclosure, as well as a hair dryer, a swivel mirror, and a sink with vanity cabinets.
In the attic, there is another bedroom with a TV, two single beds (90 x 200 cm), and a sleeping alcove without a slatted frame for 1 child (mattress topper, divided into three sections, 65 cm wide, 3 x 65 cm long x 8 cm high). A travel crib with a mattress is available for very young guests. A maximum of two pets are allowed in this non-smoking apartment. A washing machine is provided. Wi-Fi (subject to availability) is available free of charge.
The Mariannenweg vacation resort is located in a low-traffic area on the second row. The parking lot is right at the resort’s entrance. Access to the resort is controlled by a gate system. Only guests of the Mariannenweg vacation resort have access. This vacation home comes with 1 designated parking space. You can park additional cars in the nearby public parking lot for a fee. The beach is only about 400 m away.
Please understand that gas and charcoal grilling, as well as the use of fireworks, are not permitted. A handcart (subject to availability) and Wi-Fi (subject to availability) are available to you free of charge.
Booking information: The rental price includes utilities such as electricity, water, and heating. Bed linens and towels are not included. You can rent them for a fee (not made up).
In addition to the total amount, you’ll pay a security deposit to ensure the property is returned in good condition. Your rental deposit is €250.00. The deposit is due along with the final payment and will be refunded within 5 business days after departure, provided there are no complaints or defects.

The Am Mariannenweg vacation village, with its exclusive thatched-roof cottages, offers you a peaceful and relaxing vacation in Boltenhagen Tarnewitz, located close to the beach. The distance to the beach is approximately 400 m.
Children are warmly welcome in all thatched-roof cottages within the vacation village. The resort has its own securely fenced playground. Here, your children can swing high into the air on the various swings, enjoy a ride on the rocking animals, and dig in the sandbox. A ping-pong table rounds out the amenities for your older children as well.
Dogs are allowed in many of the houses.
The entire complex offers free Wi-Fi.
The parking lot, with individual parking spaces for each house, is located right at the entrance to the traffic-calmed complex.
Please understand that barbecuing with gas or charcoal, as well as the use of fireworks, is not permitted.

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Ausstattung des Hauses ist sehr gut, für Groß und Klein wurden alle Bedürfnisse abgedeckt.
Die Küchenausstattung ist mit allem Komfort.

Wir waren jetzt das 2. Mal in der Ferienhaussiedlung am Mariannenweg. Das Haus Sylt 1a hat uns noch besser gefallen und wir kommen wieder! Die Ausstattung und das ganze drum herum sind einfach spitze!!!

Das 2 mal Urlaub in diesem Feriendorf (2018/2022), wieder sehr zufrieden. Im Gesamtpaket für uns und unsere Hündin perfekt. Tolles, modernes Haus, schöne Terrasse und eine gepflegte Anlage, auch nach 4 Jahren nicht an Wertigkeit verloren. Wir sind gezwungenermaßen Selbstversorger, die Küche sehr gut ausgestattet, sodass diese Problematik für uns mal kein Problem war. Die fussgängige Strandnähe zum Textil- und auch Hundestrand macht die Urlaubstage entspannt. Die neu errichtete Strandpromenade von Boltenhagen und die Bemühungen alles sauber zu halten ist sehr zu erwähnen. Wer Ruhe, Entspannung, Natur, aber auch auf bisschen Luxus nicht verzichten möchte ist hier genau richtig. Wir werden wieder kommen und hoffen alles wieder so vor zu finden. Dazu auch eine Bitte an die Gäste der Anlage, ihren Teil dazu beizutragen!
