In this modernly equipped 4-room vacation rental, families of up to 8 people will find everything they need and can enjoy an unforgettable Baltic Sea vacation right by the beach.

The family-friendly 4-roomvacation apartment on the 1st floor is comfortably furnished for 8 guests + 1 toddler and offers plenty of space with approximately 100 square meters of living area spread over 2 levels.
The living room on the lower level, decorated in warm colors and featuring a sofa set, satellite TV, and a mini stereo system, creates a cozy atmosphere.
The adjacent open kitchenette with dining area is modern and equipped with a refrigerator with freezer compartment, a stove with a ceramic cooktop, an oven, a dishwasher, a microwave, small appliances, and plenty of dishes [&] Co.
From the living/dining area, you can step out onto the large, furnished south-facing balcony and enjoy the fresh Baltic Sea air.
The large, bright bathroom with a shower, corner bathtub, and toilet is also located on this floor.
You’ll also find one of the three bedrooms on the lower level of the apartment, furnished with a double bed (180x200 cm) and a wardrobe. A travel crib could also be set up here if needed.
A narrow tiled staircase from the hallway leads you to the attic, the second living level.
On the second level (in the attic), you’ll find two additional separate bedrooms: The large bedroom features a double bed (80x200 cm), two single beds (90x200 cm each), and a wardrobe. There is also enough space here for a travel crib that you bring yourself or rent from us for a fee.
The guest/children’s room has two single beds (90x200 cm each) and a shelf that can also be used for small items.

It is accessible via an outdoor staircase with a separate entrance. Smoking is permitted only on the balcony. The high chair provided can be used free of charge.

You can rent bicycles in the Baltic Sea resort of Boltenhagen, for example, from our partner “way2bike” at Ostseeallee 15a. Rates depend on the rental duration and the type of bike. This rental shop also offers many other bike-related items, as well as handcarts and much more. Feel free to use their pickup and drop-off service to and from your vacation rental. Our guests receive a 10% discount here!
Booking Information
The price is valid for two guests and includes utilities. Each additional guest aged 4 and older is subject to a fee per night, including linens.
Towels are not included. Towel sets can be booked separately.
Dear guests, please note that during the high season from July 1 to August 31, continuous bookings are mandatory. You can view the current availability calendar at any time.

Room service—includes freshly made beds with linens for all booked guests ages 4 and up, final cleaning after departure, and a vacation rental starter kit containing dishwasher tablets, dish soap, toilet paper, trash bags, etc.
Visitor’s tax—the visitor’s tax is calculated in the booking confirmation: The tourist tax is payable for all guests aged 16 and older in accordance with municipal regulations. You will receive a discount upon presentation of a disability ID card.
