About this house rental
The Reet/AM13b vacation home is a semi-detached house with 4 rooms that accommodates up to 6 adults, 1 child (up to 1.50 m), and 1 infant. Bookings for this home are only available for a minimum of 3 nights. For bookings spanning the New Year’s holiday, please note the minimum rental period of 5 nights.
The thatched-roof vacation home is romantically and lovingly furnished. It is situated in a quiet and idyllic location. Spanning three floors, this beautiful semi-detached house offers approximately 102 m² of space for your wonderful vacation.
On the first floor of the vacation home, you’ll find the spacious living area with its cozy dining area and integrated kitchenette. The guest bathroom with shower and the entryway are also located here.
Access to the large south/west-facing terrace is directly from the living room, where the beach chair awaits you. From here, you’ll enjoy a beautiful view and can relax next to the nature reserve. With the house’s own Weber electric grill, nothing stands in the way of culinary evenings.
In the living room, you can enjoy your favorite music via Bluetooth on the home theater system. You also have the option to watch your favorite movies on Blu-ray Disc in Full HD on the 49-inch TV. Of course, an HDMI cable is provided so you can connect your game console or other external devices. The recliner is perfect for reading or simply putting your feet up. You’ll also find a sleeper sofa for one person here.
The modern kitchenette is equipped with an oven, a ceramic cooktop, a microwave, and a dishwasher. The retro refrigerator with a freezer compartment offers plenty of space for cold drinks on hot days.
There are two bedrooms on the first floor. Both bedrooms are furnished with a TV, a double bed (180 x 200 cm), and two single beds (90 x 200 cm). You’ll also find a bathroom with a bathtub and the hallway here. Additionally, both the guest bathroom and the main bathroom feature a built-in radio with an RDS system to help you start your day off right.
Smoke detectors in every room ensure your safety.
You’ll find another bedroom in the attic. It is equipped with a TV, two single beds (90 x 200 cm), a sleeping alcove without a slatted frame but with a mattress (180 x 80 cm), and a fixed children’s bed (140 x 70 cm). This means that a total of 6 adults, 1 child (up to 1.50 m tall), and 1 baby each have a permanent sleeping arrangement.
A maximum of two dogs are allowed in this non-smoking house. The modern vacation home offers free Wi-Fi access (subject to availability). The flooring in the basement and in the bathrooms is tiled. The attic and loft are finished with modern designer flooring. A high chair is provided for our younger guests. The playground and volleyball court are part of the resort.
A washing machine and an ironing board with an iron are available for doing laundry as needed.
Bicycles you bring with you can also be stored in the tool shed (3 outlets available for e-bikes).
Please understand that barbecuing with gas or charcoal and the use of fireworks are not permitted. A beach chair can be used free of charge during the season from May 15 to September 15.
The Mariannenweg vacation resort is located in a low-traffic area, set back one block from the street. The beach is only about 400 m away. The parking lot, with individual parking spaces, is located directly at the resort’s entrance. This vacation home has 1 designated parking space. You can park additional cars in the nearby public parking lot for a fee. Access to the resort is controlled by a gate system. Only guests of the Mariannenweg vacation resort have access.
Booking information: The rental price includes utilities such as electricity, water, and heating. Bed linens and towels are not included. They can be rented from us for a fee (without making the beds).
In addition to the total amount, you’ll pay a security deposit to ensure the vacation rental is returned in good condition. Your rental deposit is 250.00 €. The deposit is due along with the final payment and will be refunded within 5 business days after departure, provided there are no complaints or defects.

Sehr schöne Unterkunft. Hier kann man sich wohlfühlen. Die Lage ist etwas vom Zentrum entfernt. Zu Fuß sind es ca. 2 km. Aber unser Hund hat sich über den Weg sehr gefreut, da alles sehr schön im Grünen liegt. Wir würden hier wieder buchen.
