About this house rental
The Reet/AM01b vacation home, named "BaTa," is a semi-detached house with 4 rooms that sleeps up to 6 adults + 1 child (sleeping alcove 70 x 140 cm) + 1 baby.
Spanning three floors, this spacious semi-detached house with a thatched roof features a living room with access to the terrace, three bedrooms, and two modern bathrooms. Together with the attic, you’ll have plenty of space for your vacation here—approximately 100 m².
On the first floor of the vacation home is the spacious living room with a cozy dining area. The terrace is accessible directly from the living room; it faces southwest and east and offers an unobstructed view of the garden. For your entertainment, there’s a flat-screen TV and a hi-fi system with radio, CD, USB, and Bluetooth, as well as a Blu-ray player.
The built-in kitchenette includes an oven, a 4-burner ceramic cooktop, a dishwasher, a refrigerator with a freezer compartment, and a microwave.
The bathroom on the first floor is equipped with a shower.
In the two bedrooms upstairs, you’ll find two double beds (2 x 90 x 200 cm), a TV in each room, and closets with plenty of space for your vacation wardrobe. The spacious bathroom is equipped with a double sink with vanity, a bathtub, and a separate shower.
In the attic, there is another bedroom with two single beds (90 x 200 cm) as well as a sleeping platform for a child (7th person) without a slatted frame. Two children’s mattress pads (each 70 cm x 140 cm) are provided for this purpose. This bedroom also features a TV.
For younger guests, a travel crib with a mattress and safety rails, as well as a high chair, are available.
Free Wi-Fi (subject to availability) and a washing machine are provided. An electric grill and a handcart (subject to availability) are available in the garden shed.
A dryer is also available for use in the garden shed.
The patio furniture includes two lounge chairs and a beach chair.
Pets are not allowed in this non-smoking apartment.
The Mariannenweg vacation resort is located in a low-traffic area, set back one block from the street. The parking lot is located directly at the resort’s entrance. Access to the resort is controlled by a gate system. Only guests of the Mariannenweg vacation resort have access. This vacation home is assigned 1 parking space. You can park additional cars in the nearby public parking lot for a fee. The beach is only about 400 m away.
Please understand that barbecuing with gas or charcoal and the use of fireworks are not permitted.
Booking information: The rental price includes utilities such as electricity, water, and heating. Bedding and towels are not included. You can rent them for a fee (not made up).
In addition to the total amount, you’ll pay a security deposit to ensure the property is returned in good condition. Your rental deposit is 250.00 €. The deposit is due along with the final payment and will be refunded within 5 business days after departure, provided there are no complaints or defects.

The Am Mariannenweg vacation village, with its exclusive thatched-roof houses, offers you a peaceful and relaxing vacation in Boltenhagen Tarnewitz, located close to the beach. The distance to the beach is approximately 400 m.
Children are warmly welcome in all thatched-roof houses within the vacation village. The resort has its own securely fenced playground. Here, your children can swing high into the air on the various swings, enjoy a ride on the animal-shaped swings, and dig in the sandbox. A ping-pong table rounds out the amenities for your older children as well.
Dogs are allowed in many of the houses.
The entire complex offers free Wi-Fi.
The parking lot, with individual parking spaces for each house, is located right at the entrance to the traffic-calmed complex.

Ein sauberes Ferienhaus mit allem was für einen Urlaub benötigt wird. Strandkorb und Gartenmöbel sind auch da, nur im Herbst konnten wir sie nicht nutzen. Boltenhagen ist ein lohnenwerter Urlaubsort (außerhalb der Ferienzeiten ist er nicht so überlaufen). Besonders auffallend sind die fehlenden großen vom Strand aus sichtbaren großen Bettenhäuser, wie in anderen Urlaubsorten. Lübeck, Wismar und das Star wars Museum sind gut erreichbar.

Das Haus eignet sich sehr gut z.B. für einen Mehrgenerationen-Familienurlaub, ist gepflegt und recht gut ausgestattet (z.B. WZ + 3 X SZ alle mit eigenem TV, Kinderwagen-, Spielzeug- bzw. Fahrradabstellschuppen, Waschmaschine + Trockner). Es liegt sehr ruhig in einer gepflegten großzügig angelegten Anlage, schade nur, etwas weit vom Ortszentrum entfernt und wenig Gastronomie in der näheren Umgebung, der saubere und ruhige Strand aber ziemlich nah dran. Alles in allem wirklich ganz okay und weiterempfehlenswert.
