This very modern and stylish 4-roomvacation apartment is located on the first floor and spans two levels, offering 100 square meters of living space for 6 guests plus a toddler.
In the cozy living area on the first floor, you’ll find a large sofa corner, a large flat-screen TV, and a stereo system, ensuring plenty of entertainment. On cooler days, a fireplace ensures cozy moments here.
Enjoy the beautiful Baltic Sea air on the adjoining, furnished southwest-facing balcony overlooking Rosenweg.
An absolute highlight is the open, exclusively furnished kitchen, where you’ll find, among other things, a glass-ceramic cooktop, a dishwasher, and a microwave. Feel free to let your creativity run wild at the large kitchen island. Meanwhile, “spectators” can take a seat at the bar. Whether you choose to enjoy your meals right at the bar or prefer the dining area is entirely up to you.
There are also two bedrooms with comfortable double beds on the lower level of this allergy-friendly apartment.
Here you’ll also find a shower room with a view of the Baltic Sea.
On the upper level, in the attic, there is a guest/children’s room with two single beds and another shower room.
Special Features
A fireplace adds a special touch of coziness to this non-smoking vacation apartment. A travel crib with a matching mattress is also available for young guests. The built-in roller shutters are perfect for blocking out the light.
A washing machine and dryer are located in the separate utility room right next to the house, which is accessible to both sets of guests.

Parking: 1 designated, free outdoor parking space on the left side of the house (smaller cars can even fit two!)

Bicycles
You’re welcome to park bicycles and other items on the property (which is not fenced). Unfortunately, there is no lockable storage shed on the property.
You can rent bicycles in the Baltic Sea resort of Boltenhagen, for example, from our partner “way2bike” at Ostseeallee 15a. Rates depend on the rental duration and the type of bicycle. This rental shop also offers many other bicycle-related items, as well as handcarts and much more. Feel free to use their pick-up and drop-off service to and from the vacation rental. Our guests receive a 10% discount here!
Booking Information
The price is valid for two guests and includes utilities. Each additional guest aged 4 and older is subject to a fee per night, including linens.
Towels are not included. Towel sets can be booked separately.
Dear guests, please note that during the peak season from July 1 to August 31, continuous bookings are mandatory. You can view the current availability calendar at any time.

Room service—includes freshly made beds with linens for all booked guests ages 4 and up, final cleaning after departure, and a vacation rental starter kit containing dishwasher tablets, dish soap, toilet paper, trash bags, etc.
Visitor’s tax—the visitor’s tax is calculated in the booking confirmation: The tourist tax is payable for all persons aged 16 and older in accordance with municipal regulations. You will receive a discount upon presentation of a disability ID card.
