This 4-room ground-floor apartment has a separate entrance and is located on the quiet outskirts of the Sünnslag vacation complex. Spanning 93 square meters, it features a living area, three bedrooms, an open-concept kitchen, and two full bathrooms.

The spacious, light-filled living area, complete with a cozy leather couch, also includes a large dining area and the open-concept kitchen. The spacious living area, as well as the entire apartment, offers plenty of room for socializing during your vacation. For entertainment, this apartment features a 102-cm LED flat-screen TV, various board games, a traffic-themed play mat, and a vacation library.

From the living area, you can step out onto the sunny southeast-facing terrace. Thanks to its sunny location, the terrace is perfect for enjoying a leisurely meal and spending time together outdoors or for sunbathing in a beach chair. You also have the option of using a portable dog fence. The kitchenette is fully equipped with a dishwasher, a convection oven with a ceramic cooktop, a refrigerator with a freezer compartment, and a microwave.

The first bedroom features a large double bed and a closet for your vacation wardrobe; the second and third bedrooms each have two single beds.

The apartment includes a parking space right next to the house. Bicycles can be stored in the separate bike room. Use of the handcart is included here. A portable dog fence, 1 m high (as is), has been stored in the storage room. A maximum of two pets are allowed in this property!

The Sünnslag vacation complex is nestled between Kastanienallee and the quiet, tree-lined side streets of Ahornweg and Eichenweg. Shopping options are only about 200 m away. The distance to the Baltic Sea beach is only about 400 m.
