This spacious 4-room vacation rental is ideal for a family vacation on the Baltic Sea. It can comfortably accommodate up to 6 guests.

On the first floor, this family-friendly 4-roomvacation apartment on the first floor—which is equipped for 6 people—features an open kitchen, a cozy living area, a bedroom with two single beds and a closet, and a bathroom with two sinks and a walk-in shower.
The modern living area invites you to relax with a comfortable sofa set and a large flat-screen satellite TV. From here, you can also step out onto the furnished south-facing balcony with a parasol.
The kitchen is equipped with a stove, a dishwasher, a microwave, a refrigerator, a coffee maker, and dishes.
On the second floor, there is a bedroom with a double bed, another bedroom with two single beds and a second TV, as well as a guest restroom.
Special Features
This non-smoking vacation rental is ideal for a family vacation on the Baltic Sea thanks to its child-friendly amenities. Smoking is permitted only on the balcony. You can completely darken the rooms using the roller shutters.

You can rent bikes in the Baltic Sea resort of Boltenhagen, for example, from our partner “way2bike” at Ostseeallee 15a. Rates depend on the rental duration and the type of bike. This rental shop also offers many other bike-related items, as well as handcarts and much more. Feel free to use their pickup and drop-off service to and from the vacation rental. Our guests receive a 10% discount here!
Booking Information
The price is valid for two guests and includes utilities. Each additional guest aged 4 and older is subject to a fee per night, including linens.
Towels are not included. Towel sets can be booked separately.
Dear guests, please note that during the peak season from July 1 to August 31, bookings must cover the entire stay. You can view the current availability calendar at any time.

Room service—includes freshly made beds with linens for all booked guests ages 4 and up, final cleaning after departure, and a vacation rental starter kit containing dishwasher tablets, dish soap, toilet paper, trash bags, etc.
Visitor’s tax—the visitor’s tax will be calculated in the booking confirmation: The tourist tax is payable for all persons aged 16 and older in accordance with municipal regulations. You will receive a discount upon presentation of a disability ID card.
Optional services available for booking:
- Towels: 22.77 EUR per stay
- High chair: 5.69 EUR per night
- Travel crib (including mattress): 9.49 EUR per night
