This vacation apartment was extensively renovated in 2025—with new furniture, new flooring, and a completely fresh coat of paint—and features an open-concept living and dining area with an integrated kitchenette. The living area, with its large sofa arrangement, is bright and comfortably furnished. A large 65-inch smart TV with a soundbar provides multimedia entertainment.
The kitchenette is well-equipped. You’ll find an oven with stovetop burners, a microwave, a dishwasher, a toaster, a kettle, and a coffee maker. You can enjoy meals together at the dining table, which is furnished with four swing chairs. From the dining area, you have a direct view of the balcony with patio furniture.
Start your day in the bright, tiled bathroom with a shower, toilet, two sinks, and an internet radio. The toilet is separate from the sink area.
The apartment has 3 separate bedrooms, all of which have been newly furnished and equipped with a 42-inch smart TV. One bedroom has 2 single beds, and the other two bedrooms each have a double bed.
Special Features
A high chair and a travel crib are available free of charge for small children in this non-smoking apartment. A coin-operated washing machine and dryer are available to our guests in the building’s basement. This beachfront vacation home is popular with families and offers plenty of opportunities for children to play and explore.

You can rent bicycles in the Baltic Sea resort of Boltenhagen, for example, from our co-partner “way2bike” at Ostseeallee 15a. Rates depend on the rental period and the type of bike. In addition, this rental shop offers many other bike-related items, as well as handcarts and much more. Feel free to use their pick-up and drop-off service to and from the vacation rental. Our guests receive a 10% discount here!
Booking Information
The price applies to occupancy by up to four guests, including utilities (electricity, water, heating). Each additional guest aged 4 and older is subject to a fee per night, including linens.
Towels are not included. Towel sets can be booked separately.

Visitor’s tax—the visitor’s tax is calculated in the booking confirmation: According to municipal regulations, the visitor’s tax applies to all persons aged 16 and older. You will receive a discount upon presentation of a severely disabled person’s ID card.
