About this house rental
The "Ostseeliebe" Baltic Sea vacation home offers plenty of space for the whole family, Wi-Fi, and a fenced-in property for your four-legged friends, making it the perfect choice for a family vacation on the Baltic Sea.
This quietly located middle townhouse offers 90 square meters of living space spread over 3 floors, with family-friendly amenities for up to 6 guests.
On the first floor, you’ll find the living and dining area with a sofa and a Magenta TV corner featuring a DVD player and soundbar, as well as the kitchenette. Convenient appliances and plenty of dishes are, of course, provided.
From the living area, you have direct access to the fenced-in garden with a furnished southwest-facing terrace. Here, dear guests, you can relax, let the children play, or enjoy a barbecue together.
The guest restroom on this floor is ideal for a family vacation. The utility room offers plenty of space for supplies, and there’s even a washing machine provided for your use.
A staircase in the open living and kitchen area leads you to the next floor.
Here, on the first floor, you’ll find a spacious bedroom with a double bed and a large closet, a sturdy wooden crib with a mattress, and its own Smart TV; the guest/children’s room with two single beds (each 90x200 cm) and a closet, as well as a bright bathroom with a shower and bathtub, sink, and toilet. The window provides natural light and makes it easy to air out the room after a shower or bath.
From the hallway, the stairs lead up to the attic. On this floor, there’s another bedroom. If you’re looking for some peace and quiet, this is the perfect spot! This room also features a large double bed for a restful night’s sleep.

In addition to the amenities listed above,, there’s much more, such as insect screens on the patio windows, a beach umbrella, a stair gate (from the 1st floor to the attic), and a fenced-in property with a 70-cm-high fence. For our youngest guests, a high chair is also available in the house free of charge.

Parking: 1 free outdoor parking space at the house
Barbecue: allowed (barbecue provided; must be cleaned by guests after use!)
Pets: Max. 2 pets allowed (plus €15 per additional per pet)
Bicycles
There is a lockable storage shed right next to the house entrance. Bicycles [&] and other items can be stored safely here.
A handcart is also available in the shed for your free use.
You can rent bicycles in the Baltic Sea resort of Boltenhagen, for example, from our partner “way2bike” at Ostseeallee 15a. Rates depend on the rental period and the type of bicycle. This rental shop also offers many other bicycle-related items, as well as handcarts and much more. Feel free to use their pickup and drop-off service to and from the vacation rental. Our guests receive a 10% discount here!
Information about bicycles [&] handcarts
Dear guests, please understand that we cannot accept any liability or cover the costs of any necessary repairs or the rental of replacement equipment for the handcart provided if the equipment is defective, does not meet your expectations, or is currently unavailable. The handcart is offered as a bonus, and if something breaks, we need at least one week to repair the damage or even obtain a replacement.

The price is valid for up to four guests, including utilities. Each additional guest aged 4 and older is subject to a fee per night, including linens.
Towels are not included. Towel sets can be booked separately.
Dear guests, please note that during the peak season from July 1 to August 31, bookings must cover the entire stay. You can view the current availability calendar at any time.

Visitor’s tax—the visitor’s tax is calculated in the booking confirmation: The tourist tax is payable for all persons aged 16 and older in accordance with municipal regulations. You will receive a discount upon presentation of a disability ID card.
