About this house rental
This family-friendly half of a vacation home, featuring a fenced-in property [&] Wi-Fi, offers up to 6 guests and one additional toddler a harmonious, relaxing, and enjoyable family vacation in Boltenhagen Redewisch on the Baltic Sea.
Amenities
The comfortable 90-square-meter home features 4 rooms plus a bathroom, a guest restroom, an utility room, and a terrace, and offers comfortable, family-friendly amenities for 6 guests plus a toddler. The layout spans 3 levels.
The combined living, kitchen, and dining area on the first floor forms the heart of the home. At the large dining table in the open kitchen, you can start the day together with the whole family over a delicious breakfast.
The large sofa set and flat-screen TV in the living room invite you to enjoy cozy get-togethers. From here, you can also access the furnished southeast-facing terrace, which surrounds the fenced-in property.
The first floor also features a guest restroom with a small window and an utility room with a washing machine.
A staircase in the hallway leads to the first floor. Here, there are two bedrooms, each furnished with a double bed and a closet. One of these bedrooms also features a sturdy wooden crib and a changing table; the other has a flat-screen TV and a dresser for additional storage.
On this floor is the bathroom with natural light, which is equipped with a shower, sink, and toilet.
You can reach the attic, the third level, via the staircase from the hallway. On this floor is the guest/children’s room with two single beds. This room also features a flat-screen TV, a desk, and a small sitting area. You can hang a few items of clothing on the clothes rack.
Special Features
Two large parking spaces are located directly in front of the front door. Enjoy the rural setting of this non-smoking half of the house. On the first floor, a stair gate is installed at the top of the stairs. In addition to the fixed crib, a high chair is available for the little ones to use free of charge. Shutters on the house provide perfect shade for the rooms. A handcart for trips to the beach is available for our youngest guests.

Barbecue: allowed (grill provided; must be cleaned by guests after use)
Pets: Max. 2 pets allowed (plus €15/night per pet)
Bicycles
There is a lockable storage shed next to the house. Here, bikes [&] and other items can be stored safely.
Feel free to explore the vacation area using the two bicycles and the handcart provided there free of charge.
You can also rent bicycles in town, for example, from our partner “way2bike” at Ostseeallee 15b. Rates depend on the rental duration and the type of bicycle. This rental shop also offers a wide range of other cycling-related items, as well as handcarts and much more. Feel free to use their pickup and drop-off service to and from the vacation rental. Our guests receive a 10% discount here!
Information about the bicycles [&] handcarts
Dear guests, please understand that we cannot accept any liability or cover the costs of any necessary repairs or the rental of replacement equipment for the bicycles and handcart provided if they are defective, do not meet your expectations, or are currently unavailable. These items are provided as a bonus, and if something breaks, we’ll need at least a week to repair the damage or even to obtain a replacement.
Booking Information
The price is valid for two guests and includes utilities. Each additional guest aged 4 and older is subject to a fee per night, including linens.
Towels are not included. Towel sets can be booked separately.

Room service—includes freshly made beds with linens for all booked guests ages 4 and up, final cleaning after departure, and a vacation rental starter kit containing dishwasher tablets, dish soap, toilet paper, trash bags, etc.
Visitor’s tax—the visitor’s tax is calculated in the booking confirmation: According to municipal regulations, all guests aged 16 and older are required to pay the visitor’s tax. You will receive a discount upon presentation of a severely disabled person’s ID card.

- Pet: 28.46 EUR per night
