About this house rental
Scandinavian, harmonious [&] stylish—this is how our spacious Swantje vacation home, with its fenced-in property in the peaceful neighborhood of Boltenhagen Redewisch, welcomes you, dear guests.
Amenities
In this modern, 4-bedroom half of the vacation home, which measures approximately 120 square metershalf of the house, up to 6 guests plus a toddler can enjoy a relaxing stay in a quiet, rural setting. The vacation home in Redewisch spans three levels.
A spacious living and dining area is located on the first floor and serves as the heart of the home. The panoramic window offering a view of the Mecklenburg countryside and the Boltenhagener Wiek is one of many highlights. A dining table with matching chairs provides ample space for the family. Here, everyone can sit, eat, play, and chat. A large TV with satellite programming provides multimedia entertainment.
Dear guests, please note that the fireplace shown in the photos is currently not in use.
In addition, the guest restroom on the first floor makes family vacations even more convenient.
The separate kitchen is comfortably equipped and allows you to prepare your meals hassle-free at any time.
Of course, there is an entryway with a mirror and plenty of hooks for your coats.
The bright and modern bathroom, featuring a large shower, sink, and toilet, awaits you on the first floor. The window provides additional natural light and makes it easier to air out the room after showering.
This floor also features the master bedroom with a double bed and the guest/children’s room with two single beds. Both bedrooms are also equipped with a closet and offer enough space for a portable travel crib if needed.
From the hallway, the staircase leads you up to the attic, where the third sleeping area is located. This room is also furnished with a cozy double bed and a small sitting area.
The large, fenced-in garden with a beautiful, furnished southwest-facing terrace is a paradise for all guests and pets.
Special Features
A washing machine and dryer are located in the basement and can be used free of charge. Fly screens on the windows and a screen door in the living room keep insects out. A travel crib with a matching mattress and a high chair are also available free of charge. The property is fenced in.

Barbecue: permitted (barbecue provided; must be cleaned by guests after use!)

Bicycles
You can rent bicycles in the Baltic Sea resort of Boltenhagen, for example, from our co-partner “way2bike” at Ostseeallee 15a. Rates depend on the rental duration and the type of bicycle. This rental shop also offers many other bicycle-related items, as well as handcarts and much more. Feel free to use their pickup and delivery service to and from your vacation rental. Our guests receive a 10% discount here!
Booking Information
The price is valid for up to four guests, including utilities. Each additional guest aged 4 and older is subject to a fee per night, including linens.
Towels are not included. Towel sets can be booked separately.

Room service—includes freshly made beds with linens for all guests aged 4 and older, final cleaning after departure, and a vacation rental starter kit containing dishwasher tablets, dish soap, toilet paper, trash bags, etc.

Visitor’s Tax—the visitor’s tax is calculated in the booking confirmation: All guests aged 16 and older are subject to the tourist tax in accordance with municipal regulations. You will receive a discount upon presentation of a severely disabled person’s ID card.
