Welcome to the exclusive villa 'DUXCAAR', a jewel in an absolutely quiet location in the Redewisch district of Boltenhagen. Situated on a plot of almost 3,000 square metres on the edge of a field, this villa offers a breathtaking distant view over the slightly hilly Mecklenburg countryside. The tranquillity and seclusion, in combination with a very large plot of land and a view stretching for miles, make the villa 'DUXCAAR' the perfect destination for both a relaxing seaside holiday and an idyllic country house holiday - also ideal for dog owners on New Year's Eve, as it is away from the direct firework areas.
