This 3-room apartment with Wi-Fi in Villa Colonia in the castle town of Klütz, near Boltenhagen on the Baltic Sea, is well-suited for couples; middle-aged travelers, or families.

The beautiful, comfortable 3-room vacation apartment in Villa "Colonia" in the castle town of Klütz has three modernly furnished rooms that can accommodate up to 6 guests. It is located on the first floor, is very bright, and is generously sized with 95 square meters of living space.
The apartment can be accessed separately via an outdoor staircase leading to the largely covered southeast-facing rooftop terrace. There you’ll find patio furniture, two lounge chairs, a parasol, and a grill.
As soon as you enter the vacation apartment, you’ll find yourself in a large room that serves as both a living room and a dining room —which serves as both a living room and dining room—with a beautiful, large dining table in the center where you can sit comfortably and enjoy your vacation.
The huge sofa has room for everyone, and if needed, it can be converted into a cozy sleeping area for two guests. You can watch TV here on the modern smart flat-screen TV.
Each of the two bedrooms features a double bed. One of the bedrooms, which also has a second TV with a DVD player, leads to one of the two separate bathrooms.
Both bathrooms are equipped with a shower and toilet, and feature a hair dryer, a cosmetic mirror, and a towel warmer. Additionally, one bathroom has a free-to-use washing machine.

What makes this non-smoking vacation rental special is the large kitchen- kitchen, and living area, which offers plenty of space for indoor activities together. The bedrooms can be darkened nicely. For our youngest guests, a travel crib and a high chair are available in the apartment free of charge.

You can rent bicycles in the Baltic Sea resort of Boltenhagen, for example, from our co-partner “way2bike” at Ostseeallee 15a. Rates depend on the rental period and the type of bike. This rental shop also offers many other bike-related items, as well as handcarts and much more. Feel free to use their pick-up and drop-off service to and from the vacation rental. Our guests receive a 10% discount here!

The price applies to occupancy of up to 2 guests, including utilities. Each additional guest aged 4 and older is subject to a fee per night, including linens.
Towels are not included. Towel sets can be booked separately.

Room service—includes freshly made beds with linens for all booked guests ages 4 and up, final cleaning after departure, and a vacation rental starter kit containing dishwasher tablets, dish soap, toilet paper, trash bags, etc.
Key pickup and return take place exclusively at our service office at Weidenstieg 3, 23946 Ostseebad Boltenhagen. Key pickup at the booked property is not possible.
Visitor’s tax—the visitor’s tax is calculated in the booking confirmation: All persons aged 16 and older are subject to this tax in accordance with municipal regulations. You will receive a discount upon presentation of a severely disabled person’s ID card. The visitor cards will be sent digitally.
