A cozy vacation home in the New Vacation Village. This end-of-row house on the edge of the popular vacation resort offers Wi-Fi and space for up to 4 guests, and its family-friendly and comfortable amenities guarantee a relaxing stay on the Baltic Sea.

Amenities

The family-friendly 3-roomtownhouse for up to 4 guests + a toddler offers approximately 63 square meters of living space, spread across two levels. In addition to its cozy furnishings, the house features bright and inviting rooms.
The living and dining areas on the first floor are open-concept and adjoin the well-equipped kitchenette. A fireplace creates a cozy atmosphere on cold days.
From here, you can step out onto the south-facing terrace or let the children play in the lush garden. Garden furniture is, of course, provided.
The ground-floor bathroom features a walk-in shower, a toilet, and a washing machine. A large towel warmer provides additional cozy warmth. The window lets in pleasant natural light and helps ventilate the room after showering.
Also on the lower level is a guest room or children’s room with two single beds. A small cabinet can be used to store clothes or similar items.
A wooden staircase leads from the hallway to the next floor.
The bedroom is located in the attic and is furnished with a cozy double bed, a wardrobe, and a dresser.
You’ll also find a guest restroom on this level.

Special Features

In this family-friendly, non-smokingtownhouse, you’ll find a travel crib with a matching mattress and a high chair for our youngest guests to use free of charge. Feel free to use the two playgrounds—one at the entrance to the complex and one at the other end.

Bicycles

There is a lockable storage shed belonging to the house right next to it. There you can safely store your rented or personal bicycles and similar items.

You can rent bicycles in the Baltic Sea resort of Boltenhagen, for example, from our co-partner “way2bike” at Ostseeallee 15a. Rates depend on the rental duration and the type of bicycle. This rental shop also offers many other bicycle-related items, as well as handcarts and much more. Feel free to use their pick-up and drop-off service to and from the vacation rental. Booking Information

The price is valid for two guests and includes linens and utilities (electricity, water, heating). Each additional guest aged 4 and older is subject to a fee per night, including linens.
Towels are not included. Towel sets can be booked separately.

Dear guests, please note that during the peak season from July 1 to August 31, continuous bookings are mandatory. You can view the current availability calendar at any time.

Room service—includes beds freshly made with linens for all booked guests ages 4 and up, final cleaning after departure, and a vacation rental starter kit containing dishwasher tablets, dish soap, toilet paper, trash bags, etc.

Visitor’s tax—the visitor’s tax will be calculated in the booking confirmation: The tourist tax is payable for all persons aged 16 and older in accordance with municipal regulations. You will receive a discount upon presentation of a disability ID card.
