The family-friendly 3-bedroommiddle townhouse in the New Vacation Village offers cozy and comfortable accommodations for up to 4 guests + 1 toddler. The approximately 60 square meters of living space spans two levels.
From the well-equipped living room with an electric fireplace on the first floor, you have direct access to the south-facing terrace with patio furniture. The beautiful view of a field lets you enjoy your Baltic Sea vacation.
The separate kitchen features a dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, refrigerator, and much more. There’s also a cozy dining area in the kitchen where all traveling guests can find a seat.
The bathroom on the same floor is equipped with a shower and toilet; a washing machine is also installed here and can be used free of charge.
From the hallway, a wooden staircase leads to the next floor.
The two bedrooms and a guest restroom are located on the second level—the attic—of the house.
The larger bedroom features a double bed and a single bed. Two skylights provide plenty of natural light. A built-in closet is available for your clothing. The children’s/guest room has a single bed.
Special Features

For our younger guests, this family-friendly, non-smoking home provides a high chair for free use. A travel crib can be booked at any time if needed. The two playgrounds—one at the entrance to the complex and one at the other end—are welcome for use.

This rental shop also offers many other bicycle-related items, as well as handcarts and much more. Feel free to use their pickup and drop-off service to and from the vacation rental. Booking Information

The price is based on occupancy by two guests and includes linens and utilities (electricity, water, heating). Each additional guest aged 4 and older is charged a fee per night, including linens.
Towels are not included. Towel sets can be booked separately.

Dear guests, please note that during the peak season from July 1 to August 31, bookings must cover the entire stay. You can view the current availability calendar at any time.

Room service includes beds freshly made with linens for all booked guests ages 4 and up, final cleaning after departure, and a vacation rental starter kit containing dishwasher tablets, dish soap, toilet paper, trash bags, etc.

Visitor’s tax—the visitor’s tax will be calculated in the booking confirmation: The tourist tax is payable for all persons aged 16 and older in accordance with municipal regulations. You will receive a discount upon presentation of a disability ID card.
