This cozy vacation home in the new vacation village 30a is ideal for a family vacation on the Baltic Sea.

Amenities

This end-of-row cottage features three comfortable rooms spread over two levels, with a total area of approximately 63 m². In addition to modern furnishings for up to 4 guests plus a toddler, the house features bright and inviting rooms.
The living and dining areas on the first floor are open-concept and adjoin the well-equipped kitchenette. A small, comfortable sofa area and the modern dining area invite you to relax and spend time together. A flat-screen TV (satellite) and a radio are also available here for your entertainment.
Spend relaxing hours on the south-facing terrace or let the children play in the lush garden. Of course, garden furniture is provided.
Additionally, on the lower level, there is a guest room/children’s room with two single beds. A dresser can be used for storage in this room.
The bathroom on the same floor includes a shower, a toilet, and a washing machine. A large towel warmer provides additional cozy warmth. The window provides pleasant natural light and helps ventilate the room after showering.
A wooden staircase leads from the hallway to the next floor.
The bedroom is located in the attic and is furnished with a cozy double bed.If you’re traveling with a toddler, a portable crib can also be set up here. You’re welcome to store your belongings in the large closet.
There’s also a smaller separate room here with a single bed (90 x 200 cm), a small side table, and a shelf. A skylight brightens the room, so one of the children, for example, could sleep here separately if desired. However, due to the sloped ceiling, this room is not suitable for adults.

Special Features
This non-smoking cottage is very family-friendly. For our youngest guests, you’ll find, among other things, a travel crib available for free use. The two playgrounds at the entrance to the complex and at the other end are welcome to be used.

Bicycles

You can rent bicycles in the Baltic Sea resort of Boltenhagen, for example, from our partner “way2bike” at Ostseeallee 15a. Rates depend on the rental period and the type of bicycle. This rental shop also offers many other bicycle-related items, as well as handcarts and much more. Feel free to use their pickup and drop-off service to and from the vacation rental. Booking Information

The price is valid for two guests and includes linens and utilities (electricity, water, heating). Each additional guest aged 4 and older is subject to a fee per night, which includes linens.
Towels are not included. Towel sets can be booked separately.

Dear guests, please note that during the peak season from July 1 to August 31, continuous bookings are mandatory. You can view the current availability calendar at any time.

Room service—includes freshly made beds with linens for all booked guests ages 4 and up, final cleaning after departure, and a vacation rental starter kit containing dishwasher tablets, dish soap, toilet paper, trash bags, etc.

Visitor’s tax—the visitor’s tax will be calculated in the booking confirmation: The tourist tax is payable for all persons aged 16 and older in accordance with municipal regulations. You will receive a discount upon presentation of a disability ID card.
