Enjoy a vacation in a vacation home in Boltenhagen—no problem at our vacation home in the vacation village, which has Wi-Fi.
Amenities
This sunny and family-friendly 3-roomtownhouse spans a total of about 60 square meters across two levels and is comfortably furnished for 5 guests plus a toddler.
From the well-equipped living room with a fireplace on the first floor, you have direct access to the furnished south-facing terrace. The sofa in the living area can be pulled out if needed, creating an additional sleeping space. A large 43-inch smart TV provides entertainment.
The modern open-concept kitchen features a dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, and much more. A lovely dining area is perfect for enjoying meals together.
The guest room on the same floor has two single beds. A small closet is available for storing your vacation wardrobe.
Of course, there is a bathroom with a shower and toilet here.
A wooden staircase leads from the hallway to the next floor.
On the second level, the attic, you’ll find the second bedroom with a double bed and a TV. There’s also a closet here that you’re welcome to use during your stay.

Bicycles
There is a lockable storage area right next to the house. Here you can safely store bicycles you’ve rented or brought with you, as well as similar items.
You can rent bicycles in the Baltic Sea resort of Boltenhagen, for example, from our co-partner “way2bike” at Ostseeallee 15a. Rates depend on the rental period and the type of bicycle. This rental shop also offers many other bicycle-related items, as well as handcarts and much more. Feel free to use their pick-up and drop-off service to and from the vacation rental. Booking Information
The price applies to occupancy of up to 3 guests, including utilities (electricity, water, heating). Each additional guest aged 4 and older is subject to a fee per night, including linens.
Towels are not included. Towel sets can be booked separately.

Visitor’s tax—the visitor’s tax will be calculated in the booking confirmation: The tourist tax is payable for all persons aged 16 and older in accordance with municipal regulations. You will receive a discount upon presentation of a disability ID card.
