This 80-square-meter, 3-roomcomfortable vacation apartment on the Baltic Sea is located in the attic and spans two floors. It is a comfortably furnished vacation apartment equipped to accommodate 5 guests plus a toddler.
The cozy living area on the first level is equipped with a sofa set, satellite TV, and a separate dining area.
The furnished balcony, offering a great view of the natural surroundings, is accessible from here.
The separate country-style kitchen is equipped with all the standard kitchen appliances you’ll need for hassle-free self-catering.
The bathroom is a full bathroom with a bathtub and shower.
The apartment has two bedrooms: one with a double bed and a closet, and the other—located on the second level—with two single beds and a second TV.
On the second level, there is also an open sleeping loft with a single bed.

This non-smoking apartment also offers a high chair free of charge for young guests.
A washing machine and dryer are available for use in the communal laundry room in the basement for a small fee.

You can rent bicycles in the Baltic Sea resort of Boltenhagen, for example, from our partner “way2bike” at Ostseeallee 15a. Rates depend on the rental period and the type of bicycle. In addition, this rental shop offers many other bicycle-related items, as well as handcarts and much more. Feel free to use their pick-up and drop-off service to and from the vacation rental. Our guests receive a 10% discount here!
Booking Information
The price is valid for up to four guests, including utilities. Each additional guest aged 4 and older is subject to a fee per night, including linens.
Towels are not included. Towel sets can be booked separately.
Dear guests, please note that during the high season from July 1 to August 31, continuous bookings are mandatory. You can view the current availability calendar at any time.

Room service—includes freshly made beds with linens for all booked guests ages 4 and up, final cleaning after departure, and a vacation rental starter kit containing dishwasher tablets, dish soap, toilet paper, trash bags, etc.
Visitor’s tax—the visitor’s tax will be calculated in the booking confirmation: The tourist tax is payable for all persons aged 16 and older in accordance with municipal regulations. You will receive a discount upon presentation of a severely disabled person’s ID card.
Optional services available for booking:
- Towels: 22.77 EUR per stay
- Pet: 28.46 EUR per night
- High chair: 5.69 EUR per night
