You’ll find coziness and a welcoming atmosphere in this spacious 3-room vacation apartment in a beautiful thatched-roof house overlooking the Baltic Sea... Wi-Fi and free use of the garden included!

The comfortable and spacious 3-roomvacation apartment is located on the first floor and is fully furnished for 4 guests plus a toddler.
The living area with an adjoining dining area offers satellite TV, a stereo system, and a large dining table for shared meals. From the living area, you can enjoy the view of the Baltic Sea.
The separate kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, a ceramic cooktop with oven, a refrigerator, a microwave, and much more.
The apartment has two separate bedrooms. The largest bedroom (180x200 cm) is furnished with a double bed, a solid wood crib (60x120 cm) with a mattress, and a large closet. The guest/children’s room has two single beds (90x200 cm) and a closet.
Another highlight is the large bathroom with a bathtub, sink, and shower. An additional guest restroom makes family vacations more convenient.

In the basement of the house, you’ll find an ironing board and iron, as well as a free-to-use washing machine and a clothes rack. Other family-friendly amenities include a high chair provided free of charge.

Barbecue: permitted with an electric grill (electric grill provided; must be cleaned by the guest after use)

Bicycles
Unfortunately, there are no lockable storage facilities, but you are welcome to park your bicycles and similar items at the rear of the house.
In the Baltic Sea resort of Boltenhagen, for example, you can rent bicycles from our partner “way2bike” at Ostseeallee 15a. Prices vary depending on the rental period and bike model. This rental service also offers a wide variety of additional bike accessories as well as handcarts. Take advantage of our pick-up and drop-off service to and from the vacation rental. Our guests receive a 10% discount!
Booking Information
The price is based on occupancy by two guests and includes linens and utilities (electricity, water, heating). Each additional guest aged 4 and older is subject to a fee per night, including linens.
Towels are not included. Towel sets can be booked separately.
Dear guests, please note that during the peak season from July 1 to August 31, continuous bookings are mandatory. You can view the current availability calendar at any time.
Room service—includes freshly made beds with linens for all booked guests ages 4 and up, final cleaning after departure, and a vacation rental starter kit containing dishwasher tablets, dish soap, toilet paper, trash bags, etc.
Visitor’s Tax – The visitor’s tax is calculated in the booking confirmation: According to municipal regulations, all guests aged 16 and older are subject to this tax. You will receive a discount upon presentation of a disability ID card.
Optional services available for booking:
- Towels: 22.77 EUR per stay
- High chair: 5.69 EUR per night
- Travel crib (including mattress): 9.49 EUR per night
