The bedroom features a comfortable double bed and a wardrobe. The guest/children’s room has a single bed with a pull-out function, which can accommodate two additional guests. This room is also equipped with a 2.TV.
The en suite bathroom features a walk-in shower and a toilet. A washing machine and dryer are also available here free of charge.
The furnished terrace faces east.

This child-friendly, non-smokingvacation rental includes a high chair and a travel crib with a matching mattress for free use. The apartment is also equipped with a safe.

You can rent bicycles in the Baltic Sea resort of Boltenhagen, for example, from our partner “way2bike” at Ostseeallee 15a. Rates depend on the rental duration and the type of bicycle. This rental shop also offers many other bicycle-related items, as well as handcarts and much more. Feel free to use the pickup and drop-off service to and from your vacation rental. Our guests receive a 10% discount here!

Information about bicycles [&] handcarts

Dear guests, please understand that we cannot accept any liability or cover any costs for upcoming repairs or for renting replacement equipment if the handcarts are defective, do not meet your expectations, or are currently unavailable. The handcart is offered as a bonus, and if something breaks, we need at least one week to repair the damage or even to obtain a replacement.

Booking Information

The price is based on occupancy by two people and includes utilities. Each additional guest aged 4 and older is subject to a fee per night, including linens.

Towels are not included. Towel sets can be booked separately.

Room service—includes freshly made beds with linens for all booked guests ages 4 and up, final cleaning after departure, and a vacation rental starter kit containing dishwasher tablets, dish soap, toilet paper, trash bags, etc.

Visitor’s tax—the visitor’s tax will be calculated in the booking confirmation: The tourist tax is payable for all persons aged 16 and older in accordance with municipal regulations. You will receive a discount upon presentation of a disability ID card.
