This modern and comfortable 3-room vacation apartment, located near the beach and featuring a wonderful south-facing location with a terrace, Wi-Fi, and a balcony, guarantees a relaxing stay in the Baltic Sea resort town of Boltenhagen.


Amenities

The bright 3-roomapartment with a separate entrance offers modern and comfortable, family-friendly amenities for 4 guests on the first floor, with approximately 70 square meters of living space.
The living area features comfortable seating and satellite TV. The dining area, which has also been lovingly furnished, seats 4 people. From the living room, you can step out onto the spacious, furnished southeast-facing balcony.
The kitchen, which was renovated in the winter of 2024 and adjoins the living-dining area, includes a stove with an oven, a dishwasher, and a microwave.
Both bedrooms are equipped with full-size double beds and a wardrobe. You have direct access to the furnished southwest-facing terrace from one of the bedrooms as well as from the kitchen. ´
The tiled bathroom is equipped with a floor-to-ceiling shower. The apartment’s spacious entryway offers plenty of room for shoes, a coat rack, etc.
Both the terrace and the balcony are furnished with outdoor furniture and sunshades. Thanks to the southeast (balcony) and southwest (terrace) orientations, you can enjoy the sun from breakfast through the evening hours.
There is a reserved, free parking space for your car right next to the building.

Special Features
Access to the non-smoking apartment is via a separate, private entrance. Smoking is permitted on the terrace and balcony. Insect screens are installed on the patio and balcony doors, as well as on the bathroom window and one bedroom window.
Younger guests are welcome to use the on-site playground located on the shared grounds of “Haus am Weidengrund,” "Haus im Reet," and "Haus am Haftbruch."

Bicycles

A general bicycle parking area with racks is located at the front of the property. Bikes can be parked here.

You can rent bicycles in the Baltic Sea resort of Boltenhagen, for example, from our co-partner “way2bike” at Ostseeallee 15a. Rates depend on the rental period and the type of bicycle. This rental shop also offers many other bicycle-related items, as well as handcarts and much more. Feel free to use their pick-up and drop-off service to and from the vacation rental. Our guests receive a 10% discount here!

Booking Information

The price is valid for two guests and includes utilities. Each additional guest aged 4 and older is subject to a fee per night, including linens.

Towels are not included. Towel sets can be booked separately.

Dear guests, please note that during the peak season from July 1 to August 31, continuous bookings are mandatory. You can view the current availability calendar at any time.

Important information for (construction) company bookings
Online bookings are not permitted! If needed, please send us an inquiry via email.

Room service—includes freshly made beds with linens for all booked guests ages 4 and up, final cleaning after departure, and a vacation rental starter kit containing dishwasher tablets, dish soap, toilet paper, trash bags, etc.

Visitor’s tax—the visitor’s tax will be calculated in the booking confirmation: The tourist tax is payable for all persons aged 16 and older in accordance with municipal regulations. You will receive a discount upon presentation of a disability ID card.
