This family-friendly 3-roomapartment is located on the first floor and, with 58 square meters of living space, is ideally equipped for up to 4 guests. The cozy living area, featuring a beautiful corner sofa, includes a flat-screen TV, a DVD player, and a stereo system with a radio. The modern, open-concept kitchen area not only offers a dishwasher, a refrigerator with a freezer compartment, a microwave, and a stove and oven, but also a separate, cozy dining area. The bedroom features a large double bed, while the guest/children’s room is furnished with two single beds. Both rooms also include a closet for your vacation wardrobe. The comfortable bathroom features a shower, toilet, and a washing machine available for your use.

This non-smoking vacation rental includes a high chair and a travel crib. Young guests are welcome to use the on-site playground located on the shared grounds of “Haus am Weidengrund,” “Haus im Reet,” and “Haus am Haftbruch.”

Bicycles

You can rent bicycles in the Baltic Sea resort of Boltenhagen, for example, from our partner “way2bike” at Ostseeallee 15a. Rates depend on the rental duration and the type of bicycle. In addition, this rental shop offers many other bicycle-related items, as well as handcarts and much more. Feel free to use their pick-up and drop-off service to and from your vacation rental. Our guests receive a 10% discount here!
Booking Information
The price is valid for two guests and includes utilities. Each additional guest aged 4 and older is subject to a fee per night, including linens.
Towels are not included. Towel sets can be booked separately.

Room service—includes freshly made beds with linens for all booked guests ages 4 and up, final cleaning after departure, and a vacation rental starter kit containing dishwasher tablets, dish soap, toilet paper, trash bags, etc.
Visitor’s tax—the visitor’s tax will be calculated in the booking confirmation: The tourist tax is payable for all persons aged 16 and older in accordance with municipal regulations. You will receive a discount upon presentation of a disability ID card.
Optional services available for booking:
