This tastefully furnished apartment welcomes you on the lower level with a living area featuring a maritime flair. Here you’ll find a color-coordinated sofa set with satellite TV on one side of the room, while on the other side a very well-equipped kitchen-diner with a cozy dining area awaits you.
The bathroom with a shower and toilet is also located on this floor.
The bedroom here features a double bed (180x200) and a closet for your vacation wardrobe.
The open loft on the second level, in the attic, is furnished with another double bed (180x200) and a dresser for storage. There is also space here for a travel crib.
Additionally, there is a guest restroom on this floor.
The southeast-facing balcony, which you can access from the living area, offers a magnificent view of the lagoon.

The southeast-facing balcony is the heart of the apartment. It offers a magnificent view of the lagoon, and from the side, you can also see the Baltic Sea. During the day, you’ll enjoy sunshine here from morning to evening, which is especially relaxing during the off-season.

This non-smoking apartment offers a great view of nature and a peaceful escape from the stress of everyday life. Younger guests are welcome to use the on-site playground on the shared grounds of “Haus am Weidengrund,” “Haus im Reet,” and “Haus am Haftbruch.”

Bicycles

You can rent bicycles in the Baltic Sea resort of Boltenhagen, for example, from our partner “way2bike” at Ostseeallee 15a. Rates depend on the rental duration and the type of bicycle. In addition, this rental shop offers many other bicycle-related items, as well as handcarts and much more. Feel free to take advantage of the pick-up and drop-off service to and from your vacation rental. Our guests receive a 10% discount here!

Booking Information

The price is valid for two guests and includes utilities. Each additional guest aged 4 and older is subject to a fee per night, including linens.

Towels are not included. Towel sets can be booked separately.

Room service—includes freshly made beds with linens for all booked guests ages 4 and up, final cleaning after departure, and a vacation rental starter kit containing dishwasher tablets, dish soap, toilet paper, trash bags, etc.

Visitor’s tax—the visitor’s tax is calculated in the booking confirmation: The tourist tax is payable for all persons aged 16 and older in accordance with municipal regulations. You will receive a discount upon presentation of a severely disabled person’s ID card.
