Cozy living on two levels: Our inviting 3-room apartment on the 1st floor spans approximately 65 square meters and is spread over two levels, providing ample space for your family.
Modern kitchen with state-of-the-art amenities: The open kitchen on the lower level is the perfect place to enjoy meals together at the dining table that seats four. Equipped with a dishwasher, refrigerator with freezer, stove, oven, coffee maker, and electric kettle, our kitchen has everything you could want.
Bedrooms to dream in: Two separate bedrooms ensure a restful night’s sleep. The larger bedroom features a comfortable double bed and a spacious closet, while the guest room offers two cozy single beds and a closet as well.
Modern bathroom with extras: The bathroom features a shower and a toilet, as well as a washing machine that is available to you free of charge.

The price is based on occupancy by two people and includes utilities. Each additional guest aged 4 and older is subject to a fee per night, including linens.
Towels are not included. Towel sets can be booked separately.

Room service—includes freshly made beds with linens for all booked guests ages 4 and up, final cleaning after departure, and a vacation rental starter kit containing dishwasher tablets, dish soap, toilet paper, trash bags, etc.
Visitor’s tax—the visitor’s tax will be calculated in the booking confirmation: The tourist tax is payable for all persons aged 16 and older in accordance with municipal regulations. You will receive a discount upon presentation of a disability ID card.
