This spacious 3-room vacation apartment, spread over two levels in Boltenhagen-Redewisch, is particularly bright, with two balconies and a view of the sea. When the weather permits, you can enjoy breakfast with a view of the island of Poel and watch the sunset in the evening from the terrace on the landward side. This is unique among the vacation rentals in this building.

The cozy, family-friendly 3-room apartment on the 1st floor spans 75 square meters of living space across two levels and offers plenty of room for up to 4 guests plus a toddler.
On the first level, the open kitchen features a dining area and all the modern conveniences you could need—such as a refrigerator with a freezer compartment, a microwave, a dishwasher, a stove and oven, and a coffee maker.
From an egg piercer to a waffle iron, everything you need in a kitchen is provided.
The bathroom, which has a window, features a shower, a toilet, and a washing machine that you can use free of charge.
This floor also features a bedroom with a large double bed, storage space, and a closet.
The second bedroom/guest room is located on the top floor, the attic.
It features a comfortable pull-out sofa bed that sleeps two people. The room has its own furnished, northeast-facing balcony with a lake view.
The spacious living area, designed as an open-concept loft on the top floor, features a cozy sofa set, satellite TV (flat-screen), and a DVD player. From here, you can step out onto the large, furnished southwest-facing balcony.
There you’ll find umbrellas, garden chairs, a table, and two lounge chairs.
Special Features
Two balconies—one facing southwest and one facing northeast—invite you to relax. Younger guests are welcome to use the on-site playground on the shared grounds of “Haus am Weidengrund,” “Haus im Reet,” and “Haus am Haftbruch.”

Bicycles

This rental shop also offers many other bicycle-related items, as well as handcarts and much more. Feel free to use their pick-up and drop-off service to and from the vacation rental. Our guests receive a 10% discount here!
Booking Information
The price is valid for two guests and includes utilities. Each additional guest aged 4 and older is subject to a fee per night, including linens.
Towels are not included. Towel sets can be booked separately.
