This 62-square-meter 2-roomapartment on the first floor of the building spans two levels and offers modern amenities for up to 4 guests.
The spacious living and dining area on the first level is not only equipped with all necessary appliances but also offers optimal comfort.
The living area features not only a cozy sofa and, of course, a flat-screen TV with a DVD player and CD player, but also a small yet fine library with a selection of books. The sofa pulls out to provide 2 additional sleeping spots (sleeping area 160x190 cm).
The modern kitchen-dining area is equipped with every amenity needed for self-catering.
In addition to a shower and toilet, the bathroom also features a towel dryer and a washing machine.
The sunny, furnished southeast-facing balcony invites you to relax. Enjoy this magnificent view, including a glimpse of the beautiful Baltic Sea.
On the second level, in the attic, is the bedroom with a spacious double bed—you can even see the Baltic Sea from there! A second TV with a built-in DVD player and a closet complete this room.
You’ll also find a separate guest restroom on this floor.

Special Features

This non-smoking vacation rental is ideal for couples. Younger guests are welcome to use the on-site playground on the shared grounds of “Haus am Weidengrund,” “Haus im Reet,” and “Haus am Haftbruch.”

Bicycles

You can rent bicycles in the Baltic Sea resort of Boltenhagen, for example, from our partner “way2bike” at Ostseeallee 15a. Rates depend on the rental duration and the type of bicycle. This rental shop also offers many other bicycle-related items, as well as handcarts and much more. Feel free to use their pick-up and drop-off service to and from the vacation rental. Our guests receive a 10% discount here!

Information about the bicycles [&] handcarts

Dear guests, please understand that we cannot accept any liability or cover the costs of any necessary repairs or the cost of renting replacement bicycles if the bicycles are defective, do not meet your expectations, or are currently unavailable. The bicycles are offered as a bonus, and if something breaks, we need at least one week to repair the damage or even to obtain a replacement.

Booking Information

The price is based on occupancy by two people and includes utilities. Each additional guest aged 4 and older is subject to a fee per night, including linens.

Towels are not included. Towel sets can be booked separately.

Room service—includes freshly made beds with linens for all booked guests ages 4 and up, final cleaning after departure, and a vacation rental starter kit containing dishwasher tablets, dish soap, toilet paper, trash bags, etc.

Visitor’s tax—the visitor’s tax will be calculated in the booking confirmation: The tourist tax is payable for all persons aged 16 and older in accordance with municipal regulations. You will receive a discount upon presentation of a severely disabled person’s ID card.
