The kitchenette is equipped with a stove, microwave, and dishwasher, among other amenities. Here, you can comfortably prepare your own meals and then enjoy them in the cozy dining area.

The bedroom features a comfortable double bed and a large closet.

The modern bathroom features a walk-in shower, toilet, and sink.

Enjoy the wonderful Baltic Sea air on the beautiful, furnished southeast-facing terrace, which you can access from the living room.

Special Features

Due to its location, this non-smoking vacation rental is also ideal for seniors. A high chair is available free of charge for young guests. Feel free to use the washing machine if needed. The built-in roller shutters are perfect for blocking out the light.

Bicycles

There is a separate, lockable storage shed (No. 11) on the large property. Here, you can safely store bikes [&] and other items.

A handcart is also available in the shed for your free use.

In the Baltic Sea resort of Boltenhagen, you can rent bicycles, for example, from our partner “way2bike” at Ostseeallee 15a. Rates depend on the rental period and the type of bicycle. This rental shop also offers many other bicycle-related items, as well as handcarts and much more. Feel free to use their pick-up and drop-off service to and from the vacation rental. Our guests receive a 10% discount here!

Information about bicycles [&] handcarts

Dear guests, please understand that we cannot accept any liability or cover the costs for any necessary repairs or for renting replacement equipment if the handcarts provided are defective, do not meet your expectations, or are currently unavailable. The handcart is offered as a bonus, and if something breaks, we need at least one week to repair the damage or even to obtain a replacement.

Booking Information

The price is valid for two guests and includes utilities. Each additional guest aged 4 and older is subject to a fee per night, including linens.

Towels are not included. Towel sets can be booked separately.

Dear guests, please note that during the peak season from July 1 through August 31, continuous bookings are mandatory. You can view the current availability calendar at any time.

Room service—includes freshly made beds with linens for all booked guests ages 4 and up, final cleaning after departure, and a vacation rental starter kit containing dishwasher tablets, dish soap, toilet paper, trash bags, etc.

Visitor’s tax—the visitor’s tax will be calculated in the booking confirmation: The tourist tax is payable for all persons aged 16 and older in accordance with municipal regulations. You will receive a discount upon presentation of a disability ID card.
