A 3-room vacation apartment on two levels with an open-concept kitchen and living area, Wi-Fi, and a cozy reading nook on the loft

The beautifully laid-out and modern 3-roomvacation apartment on the 1st floor offers space for 4 guests across two levels with approximately 70 square meters of living space.
On the first level is the living area with a 3-seater sofa (pull-out) and a practical récamière. A flat-screen TV and a small stereo system are available here for your entertainment.
The open-concept kitchen-living area is equipped with standard household appliances such as an oven, a stove with a ceramic cooktop, a dishwasher, a microwave, a coffee maker, etc. You’ll find plenty of space for cozy get-togethers at the dining area.
The bedroom on the same floor is furnished with a comfortable double bed (180x200 cm, separate mattresses, adjustable slatted frames at the head and foot) and a large closet for your vacation wardrobe.
A bathroom with a shower and toilet completes the vacation apartment on this floor. You’ll also find windows, underfloor heating, and a free-to-use washing machine in the bathroom.
The furnished southwest-facing balcony is perfect for enjoying breakfast outdoors. It is easily accessible from the living room.
A wooden staircase from the living area leads you to the attic.
On the second level, in the attic, you’ll find the guest/children’s room with two single beds (each 90x200 cm) and a closet, as well as the open loft area in front of it, equipped with a second TV and DVD player, a couch, and a table with two chairs. This area is ideal for use as a TV and reading nook.

This allergy-friendly, non-smokingapartment is well-suited for all beach-loving vacationers who want quick access to the Baltic Sea and prefer a quiet residential area with a well-maintained garden setting, not far from the city center. The bedroom, living room, and bathroom all have fly screens on the windows. Underfloor heating in the living and dining areas ensures a comfortable indoor climate. The bedrooms can be darkened using roller blinds.
For our younger guests, a travel crib and a high chair are available for use in the apartment at no extra charge. The travel crib can be easily placed in the living room or in the guest/children’s room upstairs.

Bicycles
There is a private, lockable storage shed (No. 10) attached to the house (with a power outlet, e.g., for e-bikes). Bicycles [&] and other items can be stored safely here.
You can rent bicycles in the Baltic Sea resort of Boltenhagen, for example, from our partner “way2bike” at Ostseeallee 15a. Rates depend on the rental duration and the type of bicycle. This rental shop also offers many other bicycle-related items, as well as handcarts and much more. Feel free to use their pick-up and drop-off service to and from your vacation rental. Our guests receive a 10% discount here!
Booking Information
The price is based on occupancy by two people and includes linens and utilities (electricity, water, heating). Each additional guest aged 4 and older is subject to a fee per night, including linens.
Towels are not included. Towel sets can be booked separately.

Room service—includes freshly made beds with linens for all booked guests ages 4 and up, final cleaning after departure, and a vacation rental starter kit containing dishwasher tablets, dish soap, toilet paper, trash bags, etc.
Visitor’s tax—the visitor’s tax is calculated in the booking confirmation: The tourist tax is payable for all persons aged 16 and older in accordance with municipal regulations. You will receive a discount upon presentation of a severely disabled person’s ID card.
Optional services available for booking:

- High chair: 5.69 EUR per night
- Travel crib (including mattress): 9.49 EUR per night
