Amenities
The 3-room vacation rental is located on the 1st floor of the building and is accessible via a staircase. It spans two levels and offers comfortable accommodations for up to 4 guests in approximately 70 square meters of living space.
On the first level, the spacious living area with a comfortable upholstered seating area invites you to relax while chatting or watching TV. A large TV is available for your entertainment. A separate dining area for 4 people is also perfect for sharing meals together.
The furnished west-facing balcony is ideal for enjoying breakfast outdoors. It’s easily accessible from the living room.
In the separate kitchen, you’ll find all the essential appliances, such as a stove (ceramic cooktop)/oven, a fridge-freezer combo (with 2 freezer compartments), a microwave, and much more. There is also a small dining area for two people permanently set up here.
The children’s/guest room is also located on this floor. It is furnished with a pull-out sofa bed (sleeping surface 160x200 cm / height 42 cm) for two people, a desk, a small TV, and a mini stereo system.
The apartment also features a bright guest restroom with a window on the lower level.
A wooden spiral staircase from the apartment hallway leads you to the attic.
The bedroom on the second level, the attic, is furnished with a double bed (180x200 cm / height 60 cm) and a large closet.
On this floor, you’ll also find the spacious, bright bathroom with a shower, sink, and toilet. The window provides plenty of natural light and helps with ventilation, e.g., after showering.
Special Features

This is a non-smoking apartment. In addition to the apartment’s own storage shed, there is also a private, covered, and secluded seating area/barbecue corner. Both bedrooms offer good blackout options and fly screens on the windows. Note: The driveway to the house is somewhat steep; vehicles with low ground clearance may have difficulty navigating it.

Parking: 1 reserved outdoor parking space is located at the house
Barbecue: permitted, under a covered patio (barbecue is provided; must be cleaned by the guest after use)

Bicycles

In the apartment’s own, lockable storage shed behind the house, you can store your rented or personal bicycles [&] Co.

You can rent bicycles in the Baltic Sea resort of Boltenhagen, for example, from our co-partner “way2bike” at Ostseeallee 15a. Rates depend on the rental period and the type of bicycle. This rental shop also offers many other bicycle-related items, as well as handcarts and much more. Feel free to use their pick-up and drop-off service to and from the vacation rental. Our guests receive a 10% discount here!

Booking Information

The price is valid for two guests and includes utilities. Each additional guest aged 4 and older is subject to a fee per night, including linens.

Towels are not included. Towel sets can be booked separately.

Dear guests, please note that during the peak season from July 1 to August 31, continuous bookings are mandatory. You can view the current availability calendar at any time.
Important information for (construction) company bookings
Online bookings are not permitted! If needed, please send us an inquiry via email.

Room service—includes freshly made beds with linens for all booked guests aged 4 and older, final cleaning after departure, and a vacation rental starter kit including dishwasher tablets, dish soap, toilet paper, trash bags, etc.
Key pickup and drop-off take place exclusively at our service office at Weidenstieg 3, 23946 Ostseebad Boltenhagen. Key pickup at the booked property is not possible.

Visitor’s tax—the visitor’s tax is calculated in the booking confirmation: All persons aged 16 and older are subject to this tax in accordance with municipal regulations. You will receive a discount upon presentation of a severely disabled person’s ID card. The visitor’s cards will be sent digitally.
