The high-quality and exclusive features, spread across approximately 100 m², are distributed over two living levels and offer space for 2to 4 guests. The rooms feature an open layout, are flooded with light, and are furnished in a modern, high-quality style.
A large, quiet, beautifully furnished south-facing terrace made of natural stone—with a direct view of the Baltic Sea—invites you to enjoy a cozy breakfast or unwind in the evening. The beautifully landscaped, furnished south-facing terrace—complete with its own cozy beach chair and surrounded by greenery—is accessible from the kitchen/dining area.
The dining area and the open, fully equipped kitchen on the first floor offer plenty of space for all guests. Another highlight here is the second TV in the dining area.
You’ll also find one of the two bedrooms with a double bed on the first floor of the house.
A modern bathroom with a shower and toilet is also located on the lower level of this house.
A staircase leads you to the first floor, where the cozy living area awaits you.
On less sunny days, a modern fireplace beckons and creates an extra sense of comfort. Everything you need for a relaxing evening watching TV (SAT-LCD TV and DVD player) is available here, or you can make yourself comfortable in the reading nook in an armchair with a great book.
From here, you can access the additional furnished east-facing balcony.
Also located on the upper floor are the second bedroom and the second bathroom with a shower and toilet.
From the bedroom (with a double bed), you can access a walk-in closet. There’s plenty of storage space here for your clothes. Of course, the beds will be freshly made for you upon arrival, and towels will be laid out in the bathroom.

Special Features

The light-filled, open-concept, non-smokinghalf of the vacation home with a fenced-in property in Wohlenberg is designed to be accessible for people with limited mobility as well as suitable for seniors and children (please note the stairs inside the house). This is the front half of the house (as seen from the private parking lot). Underfloor heating provides cozy warmth. Enjoy the ocean view...
The utility room on the first floor includes a washing machine, which you are welcome to use. The house is also secured with an alarm system.

Bicycles

You are welcome to park bicycles [&] and other items on the fenced-in property. The property can only be accessed through the lockable gate.

You can rent bicycles in the Baltic Sea resort of Boltenhagen, for example, from our partner “way2bike” at Ostseeallee 15a. Rates depend on the rental period and the type of bicycle. This rental shop also offers many other bicycle-related items, as well as handcarts and much more. Feel free to use their pick-up and drop-off service to and from the vacation rental. Our guests receive a 10% discount here!

Booking Information

The price is based on occupancy by two people and includes utilities. Each additional guest aged 4 and older is subject to a fee per night, which includes bed linens [&] towels.

Additional towel sets can be booked separately.

Dear guests, please note that during the peak season from July 1 to August 31, continuous bookings are required. You can view the current availability calendar at any time.
Important information for (construction) company bookings
Online bookings are not permitted! If needed, please send us an inquiry via email.

Room service—includes freshly made beds with linens [&] towels for all booked guests ages 4 and up, final cleaning after departure, and a vacation rental starter kit including dishwasher tablets, dish soap, toilet paper, trash bags, etc.
Key pickup and return take place exclusively at our service office at Weidenstieg 3, 23946 Ostseebad Boltenhagen. Pickup at the booked property is not possible.

Visitor’s tax—the visitor’s tax is calculated in the booking confirmation: All persons aged 16 and older are subject to this tax in accordance with municipal regulations. You will receive a discount upon presentation of a severely disabled person’s ID card. The visitor’s cards will be sent digitally.
