This high-end half of the vacation home features an open and light-filled layout. With approximately 100 square meters of living space, it offers exclusive amenities for up to 4 guests plus a toddler and spans two levels with its three rooms.
On the first floor of the house, you’ll find a fully equipped kitchen as well as the dining area with a TV.
There is also a bedroom with a double bed and a closet, as well as a bathroom with a shower and toilet.
From the kitchen/dining area, you can step out onto the beautiful, furnished south-facing terrace with its own cozy beach chair and natural stone flooring. Enjoy the greenery around you or relax on the lounge chairs.
A staircase leads you to the first floor of the house, where you’ll find an open living area with a cozy fireplace, a satellite LCD TV, a DVD player, and a cozy reading nook.
Also located on this level are the second bedroom with a double bed and a closet, as well as a second bathroom, also equipped with a shower and toilet.
While the first floor is paved with stone tiles, the upper floor features solid wood floors—what a cozy sight!

Special Features

The light-filled and open-concept, non-smokinghalf of the vacation home in Wohlenberg, with a separate entrance and a fenced-in property, is designed to be accessible for people with mobility challenges as well as suitable for seniors and children. This is the rear half of the house (as seen from the private parking area). Underfloor heating provides cozy warmth. The utility room on the first floor includes a washing machine, which you are welcome to use.
Additional amenities include a makeup mirror, a hair dryer, a high chair, a travel crib, a safe, and an ironing board with an iron. In addition, the house is secured with an alarm system.
The on-site sauna with an outdoor shower provides great comfort and is available for guests staying in this half of the house for a coin fee (€2 coins).

Bicycles

Bicycles [&] You are welcome to park them on the fenced-in property. The property can only be accessed through the lockable gate.

You can rent bicycles in the Baltic Sea resort of Boltenhagen, for example, from our partner “way2bike” at Ostseeallee 15a. Rates depend on the rental duration and the type of bicycle. In addition, this rental shop offers many other bicycle-related items, as well as handcarts and much more. You’re also welcome to use their pick-up and drop-off service to and from the vacation rental. Our guests receive a 10% discount here!

Booking Information

The price is valid for two guests and includes utilities. Each additional guest aged 4 and older is subject to a fee per night, which includes bed linens [&] towels.

Additional towel sets can be booked separately.

Dear guests, please note that during the peak season from July 1 to August 31, continuous bookings are mandatory. You can view the current availability calendar at any time.
Important information for (construction) company bookings
Online bookings are not permitted! If needed, please send us an inquiry via email.
Room service—includes beds freshly made with linens [&] towels for all booked guests ages 4 and up, final cleaning after departure, and a vacation rental starter kit including dishwasher tablets, dish soap, toilet paper, trash bags, etc.
Key pickup and drop-off take place exclusively at our service office at Weidenstieg 3, 23946 Ostseebad Boltenhagen. Pickup or drop-off at the booked property is not possible.

Visitor’s tax—the visitor’s tax is calculated in the booking confirmation: All persons aged 16 and older are subject to this tax in accordance with municipal regulations. You will receive a discount upon presentation of a severely disabled person’s ID card. The visitor’s cards will be sent digitally.
