Amenities
This cozy and modern vacation home spans 100 square meters on one level and offers family-friendly amenities for up to 7 guests, including a toddler.
The light-filled living and dining area is furnished with a large dining table and a matching sofa with an armchair. A TV provides entertainment.
The separate kitchen is equipped with everything you need for cooking.
The vacation home has 3 separate bedrooms: one with a large double bed, one with two single beds, and one with a bunk bed, where the bottom bunk is large enough for 2 guests.
Two separate bathrooms and two toilets ensure the relaxation you need on a family vacation. Feel free to use the sauna built into the bathroom.
Direct access to the large patio, complete with patio furniture and a parasol, creates a cozy atmosphere. A small hedge provides some privacy. However, the property is not fenced in.
Special Features
This non-smoking house, located right near the beach at Wohlenberger Wiek, is ideal for family vacations with children. Whether it’s the in-house sauna, the fireplace, or a private bike shed—the whole package is the ultimate Baltic Sea vacation... In the neighboring house “Seeblick,” located on the same property, there is a separate laundry room with a washing machine and a dryer (coin-operated), which you are also welcome to use as needed. A high chair is available free of charge for our youngest guests.

Bicycles
There are two lockable storage sheds on the property. Bikes [&] and other items can be stored safely here.
You can rent bikes in the Baltic Sea resort of Boltenhagen, for example, from our partner “way2bike” at Ostseeallee 15a. Rates depend on the rental period and the type of bicycle. This rental shop also offers many other cycling-related items, as well as handcarts and much more. Feel free to use their pick-up and drop-off service to and from the vacation rental. Our guests receive a 10% discount here!
Booking Information
The price is valid for up to four guests, including utilities. Each additional guest aged 4 and older is subject to a fee per night, including linens.
Towels are not included. Towel sets can be booked separately.
Dear guests, please note that during the high season from July 1 to August 31, continuous bookings are mandatory. You can view the current availability calendar at any time.
Important information for (construction) company bookings
Online bookings are not permitted! If needed, please send us an inquiry via email.
Room service—includes freshly made beds with linens for all booked guests ages 4 and up, final cleaning after departure, and a vacation rental starter kit containing dishwasher tablets, dish soap, toilet paper, trash bags, etc.
Visitor’s tax—the visitor’s tax (April 1–October 31) is calculated in the booking confirmation: The tourist tax is payable for all persons aged 6 and older in accordance with municipal regulations. You will receive a discount upon presentation of a severely disabled person’s ID card.
