Welcome to this first-class home, perfect for large families or groups of friends looking to spend a relaxing vacation together. Here, you’ll enjoy not only the best beachfront location but also a swimming pool and a spacious barbecue terrace.

The house features 7 comfortable bedrooms, including 5 rooms with double beds, 2 rooms each with 2 single beds, and even a crib for the little ones. With a total of 3 bathrooms and a guest restroom, there’s plenty of space for everyone. In the living room, you’ll find a beautiful dining table from Costa Rica that seats 14 people. A cozy seating area by the fireplace and a large flat-screen TV ensure relaxing evenings. An additional TV is located on the upper floor of the house. There are 4 to 5 parking spaces available in front of the house.

The house’s pool is equipped with a glass canopy and can be opened in the summer. It is available for use from around mid-April through the end of October, provided the outside temperature is above 18 degrees Celsius. Guests are responsible for the safety of non-swimmers and the cleanliness of the water; therefore, a quick shower is required before swimming. All utility costs and Wi-Fi are included in the rental price, and a grill is available on the terrace for social barbecue evenings.

For added relaxation, you can book the outdoor hot tub, which is filled with fresh water and heated to a comfortable temperature of 36–38 degrees Celsius after each guest change. We perform regular inspections of the hot tub, and you’ll find the operating instructions in our guest app. Please note that a coin-operated token is required to use the outdoor sauna, as well as the washer and dryer. Coins worth 2 € are required. You can book bicycles before your arrival at www.stockundsteinbikes.de.
