Your personal retreat on Lake Schwerin—a place where peace, nature, and quality time together take center stage. Enjoy the magnificent lake view. When the sun rises over the lake in the morning and bathes the water in golden hues, your vacation begins. You’re just a 5-minute walk from the sparkling water. The location makes this house the perfect starting point for trips to the lake or the Baltic Sea for swimming, fishing adventures, bike rides, and walks along picturesque lakeside paths.

The spacious house offers four comfortable bedrooms, providing plenty of room for families or groups. The bright, open living and dining area forms the heart of the house—ideal for cooking together in the evenings, long conversations, or relaxing moments.

A special highlight is the terrace with a stunning view of the lake. Here you can start the day with breakfast in the morning sun or wind it down with a glass of wine. The cozy barbecue lounge is perfect for social summer evenings with family and friends.
