The property is divided into 3 living units (HO1101, HO1102, and HO1103). Each unit is furnished to a high standard, offers Wi-Fi, and features many other amenities you’d want on vacation.
On the first floor is the light-filled, spacious 4-room vacation apartment. Equipped to accommodate up to 8 people, it leaves little to be desired. The living area features a comfortable sofa set (with a sleeper function) and offers guests a 50-inch LED TV with a soundbar and Bluetooth connectivity, Wi-Fi internet access, a telephone, a dining area for up to 14 people, and a fully equipped kitchenette with a dishwasher, glass-ceramic cooktop, oven, and coffee and Nespresso machines. From here, you can access the furnished terrace with an awning and the garden with a grill. Three separate bedrooms, each with a double bed (1.80 m x 2.00 m / twin mattresses) and a TV, ensure a restful night’s sleep. One bedroom also features a sleeper sofa and a desk. Valuables can be safely stored in the safe. The apartment is equipped with high-quality designer vinyl flooring. There are two bathrooms with natural light—one with a bathtub, shower, and toilet, and the other with a shower and toilet. A towel warmer, a makeup mirror, and a hair dryer round out the amenities in this beautiful apartment.

Part of the garden is available for use by all guests; there is a fireplace here that is welcome to be used for barbecuing. In addition, lounge chairs and umbrellas are available for relaxing. Cars can be parked easily in one of the six parking spaces in front of the house.
City bikes are available for free use with each apartment (not included in the contract).
This is a non-smoking apartment. Well-behaved dogs are welcome. By the way, there is a designated dog beach in Haffkrug. From November 1 through March 31, you may walk your dog along the entire coastline!! In addition, the Scharbeutzer Heide is home to one of the largest fenced-in dog parks in all of Northern Germany.
The rental price is based on an occupancy of 10 people; a fee of €5.00 per day is charged for each additional person.
