The 3-bedroom vacation rental on the first floor is furnished for a vacation with up to 4 people plus a baby or toddler. It spans two levels.
In the lower living area, a large sofa arrangement invites you to relax and spend time together. The modern flat-screen TV provides some entertainment. You can enjoy your meals in comfort at the separate dining area.
The open-concept kitchen offers convenient amenities, including a dishwasher.
From the living and kitchen area, you can step out onto the furnished balcony, which offers a great view over the beautiful vacation homes to the Baltic Sea.
You’ll also find the brightly tiled bathroom with natural light on this floor. It is equipped with a shower and toilet.
While one bedroom with a double bed and a closet is located in the lower living area, a staircase from the living room leads to the open loft in the attic. In addition to a small sitting area, there is another double bed here.

Special Features

One of the special highlights of this vacation rental is the underfloor heating, which provides cozy warmth. The apartment is suitable for people with allergies. For our younger guests, a high chair and a travel crib with a matching mattress are available free of charge.

Bicycles

You can rent bicycles in the Baltic Sea resort of Boltenhagen, for example, from our partner “way2bike” at Ostseeallee 15a. Rates depend on the rental period and the type of bicycle. This rental shop also offers many other bicycle-related items, as well as handcarts and much more. Feel free to use their pickup and drop-off service to and from the vacation rental. Our guests receive a 10% discount here!
Booking Information

The price is valid for two guests and includes utilities. Each additional guest aged 4 and older is subject to a fee per night, including linens.

Towels are not included. Towel sets can be booked separately.

Dear guests, please note that during the peak season from July 1 to August 31, continuous bookings are mandatory. You can view the current availability calendar at any time.

Important information for (construction) company bookings
Online bookings are not permitted! If needed, please send us an inquiry via email.

Room service includes freshly made beds with linens for all booked guests ages 4 and up, final cleaning after departure, and a vacation rental starter kit containing dishwasher tablets, dish soap, toilet paper, trash bags, etc.
Key pickup and return take place exclusively at our service office at Weidenstieg 3, 23946 Ostseebad Boltenhagen. Key pickup at the booked property is not possible.

Visitor’s tax—the visitor’s tax will be calculated in the booking confirmation: In accordance with municipal regulations, all persons aged 16 and older are subject to this tax. You will receive a discount upon presentation of a severely disabled person’s ID card. The visitor’s cards will be sent digitally.
