The apartment, located on the first floor of the building, spans 58 square meters of living space across two levels and features a combined living and dining area on the lower level. In the cozy living area, a sofa and a TV provide relaxation and entertainment.
A modern kitchenette leaves nothing to be desired. In addition to a refrigerator, toaster, coffee maker, and a full set of dishes and cutlery, there is a dining area for all four guests.
The bedroom on this floor features a cozy double bed, a closet for your clothes, and a desk.
The bathroom, with a window that lets in natural light, includes a shower stall, a sink, and a toilet.
On the second level, in the attic—which you can reach from the bedroom via an open wooden staircase—the sloped ceilings create a cozy atmosphere.
Here, you can drift off into vacation dreams in the open sleeping loft. Two single beds and a vacation library with a sitting area are provided.
On the property, you’ll find a barbecue area with matching patio furniture.

Please note that smoking is permitted only outdoors. Across from the property is the “Feriendorf an der Ostsee” in Wohlenberg. Here you can enjoy great breakfasts or go out for a meal.

Bicycles

You can rent bicycles in the Baltic Sea resort of Boltenhagen, for example, from our partner “way2bike” at Ostseeallee 15a. Rates depend on the rental period and the type of bicycle. This rental shop also offers many other bicycle-related items, as well as handcarts and much more. Feel free to use their pick-up and drop-off service to and from the vacation rental. Our guests receive a 10% discount here!
Booking Information

The price is valid for up to four guests, including utilities and linens (ages 4 and up).

Towels are not included. Towel sets can be booked separately.
Dear guests, please note that during the peak season from July 1 to August 31, continuous bookings are required. You can view the current availability calendar at any time.

Arrivals and departures cannot be booked on Sundays.

Room service—includes freshly made beds with linens for all booked guests, final cleaning after departure, and a vacation rental starter kit containing dishwasher tablets, dish soap, toilet paper, trash bags, etc.
Key pickup and return take place exclusively at our service office at Weidenstieg 3, 23946 Ostseebad Boltenhagen. Pickup at the booked property is not possible.

Visitor’s tax—the visitor’s tax will be calculated in the booking confirmation: All persons aged 16 and older are subject to this tax in accordance with municipal regulations. You will receive a discount upon presentation of a severely disabled person’s ID card. The visitor’s cards will be sent digitally.
