Amenities
The modern two-room apartment on the first floor offers approximately 80 square meters of living space and is equipped to accommodate up to 3 adults and 1 child.
The beautifully furnished living room features a comfortable couch that can be folded out to create two sleeping spaces (sleeping area: 160x200 cm). A large flat-screen TV provides entertainment when needed. The separate dining area seats all four guests.
The comfortable open-concept kitchenette is fully equipped for self-catering. A dishwasher, oven, stove with a ceramic cooktop, refrigerator, and all small appliances are included.
The large, brightly tiled bathroom with a window is equipped with a shower and toilet.
A cozy double bed awaits you in the modern bedroom. Feel free to store your vacation clothes in the closet and dresser. You can also watch TV comfortably from the bed in this room.
In the utility room, you’ll find, among other things, a vacuum cleaner and other appliances.
Enjoy the views from both furnished terraces: from the living room, you can step out onto the north-facing terrace overlooking the Baltic Sea; from the bedroom, you can step out onto the south-facing terrace with a view of the greenery.

Bicycles

There are two shared, lockable storage sheds on the property (with electrical outlets, e.g., for e-bikes). Bikes can be [&] and the like can be stored safely here.

You can rent bicycles in the Baltic Sea resort of Boltenhagen, for example, from our partner “way2bike” at Ostseeallee 15a. Rates depend on the rental duration and the type of bike. This rental shop also offers many other bike-related items, as well as handcarts and much more. Feel free to use their pick-up and drop-off service to and from your vacation rental. Our guests receive a 10% discount here!
Booking Information

The price is based on occupancy by two people and includes linens and utilities (electricity, water, heating). Each additional guest aged 4 and older is subject to a fee per night, including linens.
Towels are not included. Towel sets can be booked separately.

Dear guests, please note that during the peak season from July 1 to August 31, continuous bookings are required. You can view the current availability calendar at any time.
Important information for (construction) company bookings
Online bookings are not permitted! If needed, please send us an inquiry via email.

Room service—includes beds freshly made with linens for all guests aged 4 and older, final cleaning after departure, and a vacation rental starter pack containing dishwasher tablets, dish soap, toilet paper, trash bags, etc.
Key pickup and return take place exclusively at our service office at Weidenstieg 3, 23946 Ostseebad Boltenhagen. Key handoff at the booked property is not possible.

Visitor’s tax—the visitor’s tax (April 1–October 31) is calculated in the booking confirmation: The tourist tax is payable for all persons aged 6 and older in accordance with municipal regulations. You will receive a discount upon presentation of a severely disabled person’s ID card. The visitor cards will be sent digitally.
