A 3-room apartment right on the Baltic Sea with Wi-Fi; enjoy a few carefree days on the Baltic Sea
Note: Construction work is currently underway on the neighboring property behind the complex. Unfortunately, we do not have any information regarding the duration of the work. To ensure transparency for our guests, we are taking the precaution of pointing out possible noise disturbances. For stays during the construction phase, we offer a 10% discount on the nightly rate.
Amenities
The family-friendly 3-roomapartment on the 1st floor spans two levels and offers a total of approximately 70 square meters of living space, accommodating up to 5 guests.
On the first level, you’ll find the living room with a large corner sofa (sofa bed), flat-screen TV, a spacious dining area, and a small open-concept kitchen. The kitchen is fully equipped for self-catering. It includes a ceramic cooktop, oven, fridge-freezer, various kitchen appliances, and, of course, dishes, glasses, and silverware.
From here, you can also step out onto the furnished south-facing balcony with a view of the greenery.
The bathroom with a shower and toilet is also located on this floor.
The bedroom, which is on the same level, is equipped with a cozy double bed and a flat-screen TV. A sturdy wooden crib with a mattress for our youngest guests is also available here. You’re welcome to store your vacation clothes in the large closet.
From the living area, a space-saving staircase leads up to the open attic. This area is better suited for older children, but the twin beds can also be used by adults. A separate flat-screen TV on the wall provides entertainment on this floor as well. Here, too, you can store part of your vacation wardrobe on a clothes rod.
Special Features
In this non-smoking apartment, a high chair is also available free of charge for our youngest guests. The apartment has its own entrance via the covered walkway with a magnificent view of the Baltic Sea.

You can rent bicycles in the Baltic Sea resort of Boltenhagen, for example, from our partner “way2bike” at Ostseeallee 15a. Rates depend on the rental duration and the type of bike. In addition, this rental shop offers many other cycling-related items, as well as handcarts and much more. Feel free to use the pick-up and drop-off service to and from your vacation rental. Our guests receive a 10% discount here!
Booking Information
The price is based on occupancy by two people and includes linens and utilities (electricity, water, heat). Each additional guest aged 4 and older is subject to a fee per night, including linens.
Towels are not included. Towel sets can be booked separately.

Room service—includes freshly made beds with linens for all booked guests ages 4 and up, final cleaning after departure, and a vacation rental starter kit containing dishwasher tablets, dish soap, toilet paper, trash bags, etc.
Key pickup and return take place exclusively at our service office at Weidenstieg 3, 23946 Ostseebad Boltenhagen. Key handover at the booked property is not possible.
Visitor’s tax—the visitor’s tax (April 1–October 31) is calculated in the booking confirmation: The tourist tax is payable for all persons aged 6 and older in accordance with municipal regulations. You will receive a discount upon presentation of a severely disabled person’s ID card. The visitor cards will be sent digitally.
Optional services available for booking:
- Towels: 22.77 EUR per stay
- Pet: 28.46 EUR per night
- High chair: 5.69 EUR per night
