The vacation home is situated in a quiet, natural, elevated location on the edge of a small community on the Wohlenberger Wiek, on a lot of approximately 400 m² between Boltenhagen and Wismar. The community is in a peaceful setting, far from traffic. The bungalow is located only about 100 meters from the Baltic Sea.
The house was extensively renovated and modernized in early 2019. The living area of this house is approximately 80 m², divided into 2 bedrooms, 1 children’s room with a bunk bed, a spacious living-dining area, and a modern bathroom with a shower.
Each bedroom is furnished with a bed measuring 1.40 m x 2.00 m. Each bedroom also features a closet for storing clothing and luggage. Each bedroom is equipped with a television. Blackout pleated blinds ensure a restful night’s sleep even in the summer.
The children’s room is furnished with a bunk bed measuring 0.90 m x 2.00 m. Blackout pleated blinds have also been installed here. An additional crib and a high chair can be provided free of charge upon request.
The light-filled living and dining area invites you to relax and unwind. The open-concept kitchen is equipped with all the household appliances you need for daily life and leaves nothing to be desired. Enjoy meals together or relaxed game nights at the spacious table, which easily seats up to 8 people. The modern sofa set and the 55-inch TV guarantee cozy moments even when the weather is bad.
The highlight of the living-dining area is the newly installed wood-burning stove.
The newly redesigned bathroom, bathed in natural light, features a double sink and a spacious, walk-in shower. You can easily shower to your favorite music thanks to the radio built into the bathroom. A washing machine and dryer are at your disposal.
The windows in the bedrooms and in the living-dining area are equipped with fly screens.
The house includes a 30 m² terrace with an adjacent lawn for your exclusive use. The terrace seating area is furnished with high-quality teak furniture for 6 people. An electric awning provides shade in the summer. Two lounge chairs and a grill are available.
In the newly built bike carport, your bikes will stay dry even in bad weather. Free parking spaces are located right next to the house.
