The bright and modern 2-bedroom vacation apartment on the first floor offers space for 4 guests with a generous 65 square meters of living space.
It features an appealing layout: the living and dining areas are open to each other and include a fully equipped modern kitchenette, a dining area for 4 guests, and a cozy living area with a comfortable couch and matching armchair. There is also a large satellite TV available for your entertainment.
In the open-concept kitchen, you’ll find standard household appliances (stove with oven, coffee maker, electric kettle, toaster, and refrigerator with freezer) so you can prepare your own meals without any restrictions.
The separate bedroom is furnished with a comfortable, modern double bed (160x200 cm) and an additional sleeper sofa (140x200) that sleeps 2 more people. It also features a closet and a TV.
In addition to a walk-in shower and a toilet, the bathroom also features a hair dryer.
The furnished terrace faces north, where you can enjoy the morning sun [&] and the Baltic Sea air.
Special Features
This non-smoking apartment is suitable for families and “Best Ager” guests. A separate entrance from the terrace leads directly into the apartment. A ramp for guests with limited mobility leads to the apartment entrance.

On the property, there is a shared playground for guests of the house, a shared barbecue area, and a general laundry room (1 washing machine and 1 dryer for a fee).
Bicycles

There are two shared, lockable storage sheds on the property (equipped with an electrical outlet, e.g., for e-bikes). Bikes [&] and other items can be stored safely here.

You can rent bicycles in the Baltic Sea resort of Boltenhagen, for example, from our partner “way2bike” at Ostseeallee 15a. Rates depend on the rental duration and the type of bike. This rental shop also offers many other bike-related items, as well as handcarts and much more. Feel free to use their pick-up and drop-off service to and from your vacation rental. Our guests receive a 10% discount here!
Booking Information

The price is based on occupancy by two people and includes linens and utilities (electricity, water, heating). Each additional guest aged 4 and older is subject to a fee per night, including linens.
Towels are not included. Towel sets can be booked separately.

Dear guests, please note that during the peak season from July 1 to August 31, continuous bookings are mandatory. You can view the current availability calendar at any time.


Important information for (construction) company bookings
Online bookings are not permitted! If necessary, please send us an inquiry via email.

Room service—includes freshly made beds with linens for all booked guests ages 4 and up, final cleaning after departure, and a vacation rental starter kit containing dishwasher tablets, dish soap, toilet paper, trash bags, etc.
Key pickup and return take place exclusively at our service office at Weidenstieg 3, 23946 Ostseebad Boltenhagen. Key handover at the booked property is not possible.

Visitor’s tax—the visitor’s tax (April 1–October 31) is calculated in the booking confirmation: The tourist tax is payable for all persons aged 6 and older in accordance with municipal regulations. You will receive a discount upon presentation of a disability ID card. The visitor cards will be sent digitally.
