The approximately 65 square meters of this 3-room vacation apartment on the 1st floor are spread across two levels and offer family-friendly amenities for up to 4 guests plus a toddler.
The lower level features a bright and welcoming living/dining area with an open-concept kitchen. The kitchenette is equipped with everything you need for cooking, frying, and baking. The adjacent dining area offers space for the whole family to enjoy meals together.
From the cozy living/dining room, you can step out onto the large, furnished east-facing balcony and even catch a glimpse of the nearby Baltic Sea.
In addition, the lower living area features one of the two bedrooms, which has a comfortable double bed and a closet, as well as space to accommodate a travel crib.
The bright bathroom, equipped with a shower, toilet, hair dryer, and towel warmer, meets all the requirements of a modern bathroom. The bathroom window lets in natural light. There is also a washing machine here, which can be used free of charge.
In the adjacent sauna, you can relax to your heart’s content for a fee.
On the upper living level—the attic—you’ll find the children’s/guest room with two comfortable single beds, accessible via the open gallery with a small sitting area.

Special Features

A washing machine is available for use free of charge in the bathroom. Families with small children in particular will appreciate this service. This non-smoking apartment features underfloor heating throughout the living area, ensuring a high level of comfort. For our younger guests, a travel crib with a matching mattress and a high chair are available for free use in the apartment.

Bicycles
You are welcome to park your bicycles [&] and other items behind the house. Unfortunately, there is no lockable storage shed available here.
You can rent bicycles in the Baltic Sea resort of Boltenhagen, for example, from our partner “way2bike” at Ostseeallee 15a. Rates depend on the rental duration and the type of bicycle. This rental shop also offers many other bicycle-related items, as well as handcarts and much more. Feel free to use their pick-up and drop-off service to and from the vacation rental. Our guests receive a 10% discount here!
Booking Information

The price is valid for two guests and includes utilities. Each additional guest aged 4 and older is subject to a fee per night, including linens.

Towels are not included. Towel sets can be booked separately.

Room service—includes freshly made beds with linens for all booked guests ages 4 and up, final cleaning after departure, and a vacation rental starter kit containing dishwasher tablets, dish soap, toilet paper, trash bags, etc.
Key pickup and return take place exclusively at our service office at Weidenstieg 3, 23946 Ostseebad Boltenhagen. Key pickup at the booked property is not possible.

Visitor’s tax—the visitor’s tax is calculated in the booking confirmation: All persons aged 16 and older are subject to this tax in accordance with municipal regulations. You will receive a discount upon presentation of a severely disabled person’s ID card. The visitor’s cards will be sent digitally.
