Our vacation home in Wohlenberg has just been completed and meets the latest standards. When it came to the furnishings, we deliberately focused on quality, comfort, and functionality—ideal for a relaxing vacation on the Baltic Sea.

This detached house impresses with its high-quality and stylish furnishings, as well as its excellent location right next to the popular Wohlenberg sandy beach and the harbor of Boltenhagen.

Here, both families and adults will find a peaceful retreat for relaxing days on the Baltic Sea and the perfect conditions for an all-around successful vacation.

The Wohlenberger Wiek is one of the most beautiful and quietest swimming bays on the Mecklenburg Baltic Sea coast.
The unspoiled, gently sloping beach, the sweeping panorama of the Baltic Sea, and the relaxed atmosphere make the region an ideal vacation destination for Baltic Sea lovers, families with and without children, and water sports enthusiasts.

Thanks to the shallow water and gentle currents, children can play and swim here safely. At the same time, consistent wind conditions provide perfect conditions for kiteboarding, windsurfing, stand-up paddleboarding, or simply spending long days at the beach.

Those seeking peace and quiet appreciate the relaxed atmosphere, nature, and impressive sunsets away from the large seaside resorts.

Numerous nearby attractions invite visitors to enjoy a variety of activities: the Baltic Sea resort of Boltenhagen with its pier and promenade, the Baroque Bothmer Castle in Klütz, the Klütz Butterfly Park, and the historic Hanseatic city of Wismar with its UNESCO-protected historic center.
